We really wanted a deep dish pizza, and Rosati's was the closest to us. It was a 53 minute drive, and so well worth it! The food was great, and the service was excellent! So professional and friendly. We will definitely be making the journey again!

Review up#3 Paid for a pie that I did not order or eat. Or he will call the cops and lie. Thank God I was recording. You do realize that what I ordered wasn't given to me. If your saying it wasn't a mistake why would the waitress & manager want to look through the pizza for pepperoni. Doesn't make sense does it. I 100% told the waitress about me not being able to eat any meat & explain I will have a reaction if I eat meat. It's on recording your server made a mistake. No one was aggressive. The male manager got really disrespectful and nasty. Told me that I should not go out to eat with allergies. Waitress & manager hands all over my pizza to look for pepperoni. That's when I said I can show you with the spatula. Unprofessional & unsanitary. Its on video. Offered to pay for chicken my child ate manager said no. Unprofessional. Asked to fix the pizza he said no. The problem is your manager. Lady in the kitchen told me it was ok pay for just the chicken bc the pizza was wrong. Manager told her no. Ask for half Chesse which I didn't get. Also on my video recording I took with the police officer. Restaurant at fault bc they made the mistake not me. Manager very combative & has a disgusting mouth, lacks professionalism & respect. Which will definitely effect your business. Being untruthful will not help your business. I have all proof needed. No reason to lie. Your manager needed to do was fix the problem but he kept saying no. Why does a customer have to pay for something they didn't order & your manager refused to fix. Make it make sense. Yet I'm at day 2 at the hospital. Manager should apologized for the mistake & fixed the order. This was escalated bc he refused to fix the restaurants mistake. If you order half plain you should get half plain. Restaurant is at fault decided not to fix issue. Dangerous to people who explain they can't have meat. Waitress said there would be no issue with half plain due to me not being able to eat meat. I explained it 3x b4 ordering. You make no sense. Now I am suffering from eating pepperoni due to your restaurant negligence.This is very sad on your end and a business. You would not fix the order and then want customers to pay for something they did not order. To end up with Pepperoni in my stomach. The pepperoni was under the sauce. And then having to go to the er. If I order something that I am paying for it should be what I ordered not what you want to give me. This is the worst places I been to.Well I got the pizza start to eat the Chesse side and there was pepperoni in my supposed to be only Chesse side of the pizza. I called the waiter over and told her the situation (which she knows bc I told her I cannot have meat) she then try to look in the pizza herself with her hands all over the pizza. So I said I can show you & showed her with the spatula by moving the pizza sauce. She called some man I guess manager. He put his hand all over the pizza. Which was crazy to me. Bc I literally just ate meat for there mistake. So now my throat started to swell up Im getting reactions to the meat I just ate. Etc so I told him I don't want the pizza. He told me I shouldn't go out to eat if I have allergies. So nasty and rude. Telling me in front of my young child o well I should not eat out & should know better not to eat out. I told him I'll will pay for the chicken my son ate but not the pizza I barley touched. The whole pizza was left at your restaurant. had my son with me & felt bad for my son bc how nasty this man was. This women spoke with me who worked there & said it was the waitress fault. We've been a couple of times and it's always a great experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was very attententive. The restaurant was spacious and clean. If you're looking for great food, I definitely recommend checking them out!
My whole family loves this place! The menu is varied enough to meet the needs of everyone in our group. The food is wonderful as is the service. Friendly staff creates an inviting environment, and the restaurant is squeaky clean. One of our all time favorites!
