Yesterday I purchased $25 worth of trash from this location. If I could give negative stars For this review I would. Cupcakes were horribly stale! You got me this time, but NEVER again. I have been to small cakes locations in every state that I have traveled, Apopka Florida is by far the worst. I tried to give three stars for the service, but then I thought, how can I give any stars to someone that knew they were serving stale, outdated food. Sadly, if Big Lots had a bakery, they would definitely be better than what I had.Yesterday.

This place isn’t closed temporarily, I was in there today, 6/10/24. They should be closed or under new management. I don’t usually leave google reviews, but I was livid today. I went in there for some ice cream, and there was none. I am livid because this isn’t my first time going there, to be disappointed. I wasted my gas and my time. There is always some sorry excuse as to why, what a customer can’t get what they wanted. But they have the nerves to be selling empanadas.

I see they are temporarily closed.... they should be closed. Although the cupcakes are good, the customer service is terrible. Not too long ago I went in to buy cupcakes. The sign said $4 for one and $15 for four. I gave the cashier my credit card and put a $1 tip in the jar. When I got the receipt I saw she charged me $16. I said the sign said 4 for $15.... She told me it was a "old" sign. It doesn't matter, they need to sell at the advertised price. I should have taken back my tip. I sent an email to the email address for the business and expressed my concern and asked for a reply. I didn't get a response. I will not go back there if it reopens.I think I will give my business to Nothing but Bundt
