I asked for light ice they keep filling the cup with too much ice this happened multiple times even after I said something

I used to be a regular customer here, but honestly, I regret ever being one. It feels like the more I came, the less they cared about their customer service toward me.
I came in yesterday for the last time to speak with Kelly about an incident involving an employee and a manager who accused me of using language I never used, then spoke to me inappropriately. While talking to Kelly, it was clear she didnāt really want to engageāshe even said, āIām trying to remember your email,ā and followed with, āI can only apologize that you were embarrassed by the situation. If it were me, Iād want my manager to stick up for me.ā But I never did what they accused me of!
The conversation went in circles, with her repeating the same thing over and over. Before that, I had ordered a drink I didnāt like and asked for a refund. When I tried to speak to the guy at the register (tall with tattoos) before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off with, āYA, WASSUP?ā I tried to ignore it and calmly ask for my refund, and then he repeated, āYeah, why, WASSUP?ā At that point, I just thoughtāIāll never come back here⦠mind you THIS IS AFTER I HAD THE CONVERSATION WITH KELLY THAT DID NOT GO ANYWHERE
I truly felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, like they were looking for any reason to treat me poorly. If you want better service, I recommend going to the location at 3850 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703. The staff there are much nicerāitās a bit of a drive, but at least youāll feel respected and appreciated as a customer.

Got a grande coffee and thereās literally no coffee. It was all foam. More than half of the whole entire coffee wasnāt even any liquid. NEVER coming back to this location!! I even paid for a quad shot so whereās the coffee? What a scam!

Walked in and stood there, while employees ignored me to discuss a text on another's phone. I stood at the counter for 5-minutes without acknowledgment, while that talked back and forth.

10/10 I always get the correct order when I go in, 9/10 if I order UberEats. Always good food and drinks, love the iced matcha with lavender cold foam!

The last three drinks that I have gotten here have consistently gotten worse. I put in the description, little bit extra of cream, not a whole cup full. The drink was so light I couldnāt drink it. It was like drinking milk so then the next time I came through I put light cream but then it tasted disgusting, like old decaf espresso. and now this one I just got I said extra caramel but canāt even see the caramel in there. Secondly, Iām pretty sure they gave me decaf or regular roast when I asked for blonde roast. The amount of annoyance is just to a whole new level. I get it, you donāt like your job you hate making drinks. Why donāt you just go find a different job then? Why is it that other Starbucks can get it right the first time but this store consistently gets it wrong? And then you just got the snickering baristaās. I just canāt help but think that theyāre doing it on purpose, because they know I like my drinks a specific way. Maybe not but it definitely feels that way. Thatās OK though Dutch Bros will be open soon enough right down the street so you wonāt see my face anymore.
Everyone is so nice! Very clean, including the restrooms. I ordered the coffee for here to work on some stuff and they even give you ceramic mugs for sitting down. So nice! Love that it is a real mug I donāt have to immediately throw out. Everyone seems friendly and enjoys working together. Love to see it!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a pretty narrow store, this might be difficult but not impossible, and the employees would like assist however they needed to as they seemed ready to help in any way. Bathrooms are very spacious and could easily accommodate wheelchairs and devices.

The staff was young and very uncomfortable.They actually handed me a put my cup in a container.When I brought my own cup in, i do understand we're in weird times but that's the first starbucks that ever did that. Made me uncomfortable like they judged me. Also, there were employees waiting to start or had finished their shift sitting in the dining room, which did not leave room for guests.
Vegetarian options: I had the spinach gouda, egg wrap wonderful.
Parking: Very limited space and parking was hard.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks itās always a problem . Simple hazelnut ice coffee , nothing more or less . Everytime I go thru the drive thru Iām handed a black coffee with no sugar or cream
, most mornings itās a hot coffee and not a cold and I have to wait til they remake the coffee . The past 3 times no sugar or cream and they just handed me sugar and cream out the window instead of making a new coffee . Will never come to this location again
