The last three drinks that I have gotten here have consistently gotten worse. I put in the description, little bit extra of cream, not a whole cup full. The drink was so light I couldn’t drink it. It was like drinking milk so then the next time I came through I put light cream but then it tasted disgusting, like old decaf espresso. and now this one I just got I said extra caramel but can’t even see the caramel in there. Secondly, I’m pretty sure they gave me decaf or regular roast when I asked for blonde roast. The amount of annoyance is just to a whole new level. I get it, you don’t like your job you hate making drinks. Why don’t you just go find a different job then? Why is it that other Starbucks can get it right the first time but this store consistently gets it wrong? And then you just got the snickering barista‘s. I just can’t help but think that they’re doing it on purpose, because they know I like my drinks a specific way. Maybe not but it definitely feels that way. That’s OK though Dutch Bros will be open soon enough right down the street so you won’t see my face anymore.

Everyone is so nice! Very clean, including the restrooms. I ordered the coffee for here to work on some stuff and they even give you ceramic mugs for sitting down. So nice! Love that it is a real mug I don’t have to immediately throw out. Everyone seems friendly and enjoys working together. Love to see it!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is a pretty narrow store, this might be difficult but not impossible, and the employees would like assist however they needed to as they seemed ready to help in any way. Bathrooms are very spacious and could easily accommodate wheelchairs and devices.

The staff was young and very uncomfortable.They actually handed me a put my cup in a container.When I brought my own cup in, i do understand we're in weird times but that's the first starbucks that ever did that. Made me uncomfortable like they judged me. Also, there were employees waiting to start or had finished their shift sitting in the dining room, which did not leave room for guests.

Vegetarian options: I had the spinach gouda, egg wrap wonderful.

Parking: Very limited space and parking was hard.

Everytime I come to this Starbucks it’s always a problem . Simple hazelnut ice coffee , nothing more or less . Everytime I go thru the drive thru I’m handed a black coffee with no sugar or cream
, most mornings it’s a hot coffee and not a cold and I have to wait til they remake the coffee . The past 3 times no sugar or cream and they just handed me sugar and cream out the window instead of making a new coffee . Will never come to this location again

The guy behind the counter was very Rude! Husband went in after getting green tea in drive thru- tasted not normal? The guy cut him off twice in conversation about “ Can’t take return cups, you’ll have to dump it in restroom( which was occupied) husband asked if he could dump in his sink there since restroom occupied, guy cut him off quickly saying no! We can’t take it back here! Husband went outside to dump it & got a new tea ( black this time) & left. Terrible customer service!

Usually, this is my go-to, especially since they are open again! Today, not so much. Ordered two of the honey citrus mint teas. The only thing Andrew said was the total. He never acknowledged us. He handed the drinks over and turned his head. Ouch! I'm kind of disappointed. Customer service is so important!

They never open at the time they say they are going to. They are very Inconsistent and the service can be so so ! I prefer rock springs location they always are open on time , I always get good service ! I wish this location was similar.

Have to wait in drive thru line 30’ to get in to talk with barista, and after get in the line, they didn’t know my drink although i was order by mobile app. They gave me Cheese danish cold instead of warmed up but in label marked it warmed. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DRIVE THRU EVER.

Please stop allowing workers to use the plastic clear cups when brewing hot espresso. There are glass or steels small cups meant for the espresso machines so there is less time for hot espresso to come in contact with plastic. Even if u need the espresso to mealt down the white chocolate it shouldn't be in the plastic more than a few seconds. So allow the espresso to bre on it own with the right glass cups and then after its finished add to the plastic cup for a second before adding the ice. I don't know how many times I feel like I'm over paying for coffee & to see it being made like this makes me not want to spend the extra money on Starbucks. $8 coffee with leached plastic chemicals is not a good look.
