This use to be our favorite go to eat out fast food. Not sure what's happening lately but it's awful. Not only do they park you even if you are the only person but the food comes out bad. Do better. Please fix this

Drive through rushed me, argued with me at the window, gave me half a small cup of cheese for large cheese fries, charged me extra when I asked for more cheese, and forgot the bacon in my burger.
This whole process took about 10 minutes at the drive through. I’d rather drive 2 extra miles to the next steak-n-shake than go to this one.

No shake at steak and shake ! Crazy ! 130pm and there is no shake!!! Disappointed!!!!!
I order a burger with no cheese and they give me cheese on it so i bring it back and they proceed to give me the same burger back ofter only like 2 minutes with small pieces of cheese left behind on it. Pretty obvious just scraped it off the same patty. What happens with someone whos allergic to cheese in that scenario??🤔

How hard is it to make a burger and follow instructions? I frequently come to the location closest to my house and order the same thing every time when I ask for plain burger with only pickles I always get cheese. So I ask for my burger with no cheese and only pickles and still it has cheese. Find people that are competent enough to read and follow instructions or your establishment will go to shit. If it wasn’t for my daughter liking steak and shake I would have never been back after the second mistake.

The food is different, did you stop using Steak Burger? and switch to hamburger, doesn't taste any better than the a Old MacDonald's hamburger. And if you're going to turn into fast food you should learn how to do assembly line it tastes like cardboard but at least I don't have to wait 30 minutes for my food my old cold food. So get your workers out of the back room! the restaurant is a mess! Staff needs Fired for being slow rude and incompetent nobody's ever at the counter why is everybody hiding in the back? , Drive-through needs a separate staff. There's Room for improvement.
