The customer service here sucks. Tried to do the BOGO foot longs but the app gives no place to input info for a visa gift card. When I went to the store they told me they couldn't honor it because it was an app thing and there was nothing they could do. Terrible!

It does not matter what day or time of day I go to this location. Or whether it's online or a in person order, this place is understaffed. And I NEVER see the owner. That's not to take away from the employees who are working as fast as they can to get orders done. It is obvious that this owner is doing everything to save labor at the expense of the customer. I stopped coming here for months because it was always a long line. I do an online order tonight and come in and surprise! Only one employee here who is working as hard as she can. If you are a cheap business owner, you will never catch up because the few pennies you are trying to save it labor costs you 10xs as much in sales.
