There is a young gentleman with red hair that i usually try to avoid because he usually doesnt do my sub like I like. This time i came in and he was there and he did my sub, we get to the last part and he puts roasted garlic aoili on my sub alot of it when i asked for mayo, i had to correct the mistake and all he said was, “Well it wasnt supposed to be there.” Instead of looking at the labels. I tried being decent and buying the sub anyway but it was just awful. But i do want to rant about the shorter girl that is always there, she helps out alot and does amazing. I called and she said she would remake me the sub as she is the usual one i always go to since shes so polite.

I’ve been coming to this location since June when I moved to the neighborhood and have always had the best experience. Tonight my son and I stopped by and I was shocked on how the young lady behind the counter was to myself, my 10 year old son and someone picking up an online order. She was rude, unprofessional and rushed us to make our choice of veggies. After she made the sandwich she handed me the bag WITHOUT charging me. Even after I told her she messed up politely, she still felt she had to rush me and be rude
Food is not made a you request. Requested a Subway Club and there's no roast beef at all and barely any turkey and ham. First bite into my sandwich and I knew something was wrong. Nothing but vegetables 😡. Other family's sandwiches are the same as mine... first time at this location as I always do Subway for my family and definitely the last.

The team was friendly, attentive, and efficient with our orders, and were made just the way we liked them.
