I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong and the girl refused to heat the chicken/cheese up before putting it on the sandwich. So, it was ice cold and pretty gross to eat. She was also pretty rude. I won't be back.

Everytime I come here there's always just one person working, JUST ONE! And it's always the same lady, her name is Anna. She really needs to be told to speed it up. She's incredibly slow at everything, she's always taking her sweet time when she has a line of people waiting to order, on top of that she wants to tell everyone her life story and stop in the middle of what she's doing and chit chat with the customers. She really needs to learn how to prioritize. And they really shouldn't just have one person working there should be at least two. It's crazy to wait 30 minutes just to get two cookies.

Haven’t been n long time to Subway. Staff had no smiles, not friendly. Said they couldn’t give me the sub of the day any differ then it’s made( I asked to take 2 meats off). Chgd me $2.00 more to add turkey to a 6” chicken sub. The 6” looked smaller then last time we went- hardly ANY meat, ample lettuce, little cheese, 2small tomato slices, 3-4 pieces spinach? Wanted side mayo& pepperchinis. Got foot long for husband ( he later said it seemed like it was MOSTLY bread!Had to go back for the mayo, pepperchinis! There was NO Unsweetened tea made!(husband wanted) 1:30 in aft? 1sm drink- total $21.00?!
WONT be back! No wonder I heard Subway had gone downhill!

I’ve been coming to this Subway for over 4 years, but after tonight’s experience, I’ll seriously be reconsidering that. I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 8:55pm. I arrived at 9:04pm, checked the to-go rack, and didn’t see my order. The employee was helping another customer, so I patiently waited and politely gave her my name once she was free.

Without even checking, she immediately said, “That order ain’t here,” in an extremely rude tone. Confused, I explained that the app still showed it was ready for pickup. I asked if maybe someone had grabbed it by mistake, since I saw another bag left on the shelf. Rather than showing any willingness to help or problem-solve, she doubled down, telling me there was nothing she could do because her coworker had made the order and already left. That made no sense—whether her coworker made it or not, the food was clearly missing.

I calmly asked if the order could be remade. This was dinner for two after a long day and cost us $32. She refused again, even questioning if the order was really under my name. I offered to show ID and my receipt in the app. She still refused to help, refused to contact her manager, and said it wasn’t “an important matter.”

When I asked for a refund and proof it was processed, she blew up and walked away. Ten minutes later—after finally calling her manager—she came back and suddenly had two options: remake the food now or come back in the morning for a refund. So apparently it was possible to help me, but only after I was disrespected and treated like a liar.

I’ve worked in hospitality and sales most of my life, and I understand mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, or accountability. This was ridiculous, uncalled for, and completely mishandled.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but this experience deserves to be known. I truly hope management addresse

Poor Food Safety and Misinformation at This Location

I stopped by this Subway to get a kids meal, but the experience left me uncomfortable enough to cancel my order and leave.

As I approached the store, one employee was smoking outside the entrance while another stood nearby talking with her. When I got close, the second employee—Haley—went inside, and I followed directly behind her.

I watched as Haley grabbed gloves from above the sink, which is in plain view, and put them on without washing her hands. She then began preparing my sandwich, touching the bread and all the ingredients with the gloves she had just put on using unwashed hands.

When I asked what comes with the kids meal, Haley told me it only included the sandwich. I asked again to confirm, since I know it typically includes a juice box or applesauce. She insisted it was just the sandwich unless I paid extra. That didn’t seem right, so I canceled my order.

After leaving, I checked online and confirmed that the kids meal does include more than just a sandwich. Between the hygiene issue and being given incorrect information, I won’t be returning to this location.
