Do not go to this Taco Bell, I live across the street and it's really convenient but it is the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced, the people are not friendly, absolutely no customer service, I guess the owners just don't care because it's about the third time, I always think it's going to be better and I go and are disappointed!

Ordered 3 tacos from the drive through, they charged me 3 tacos, only put 2 in the bag.... said I could drive back round trip 30-minutes to make order right... No other options to resolve the shortage... Not really a lot of value here, let it go, however noticed prices have jumped up about 50% since my last order and service has decreased... Bye bye, many other options to select from...

Absolutely awful. Had a larger order placed thru the app and one of the items I ordered was a side of black beans. The quality was so poor, it was a spoonful at best, very empty. I always order black beans and I’ve NEVER gotten them from Taco Bell where it was like one bite and less than half full of some squished black beans in the container. I went inside to ask about it and the heavy set woman with pink / red hair was very rude to me! Acted like she didn’t have time for me, and saying I was over portioned and she could either give it back to me (although food safety wise I don’t think she should’ve taken it back next to the food counter at all) or remake it but give me LESS, or refund me. I have worked in food service myself for 5 years as a server and also as a manager and would never treat a customer this poorly!! I always order black beans from Taco Bell, and this is unacceptable and incredibly inconsiderate. She didn’t even say have a good day or anything, looked away from me when giving my food back. Idk what she’s going through but keep your attitude to yourself. If a customer says there’s an issue with the food, you fix it. How hard is it to add another scoop of black beans when it’s $2 and I could buy a can of black beans for $1 at the store. Never seen that small of an amount at any Taco Bell and I eat it at least twice a week. Her sour look and attitude really turned me off from eating here. Won’t be back.
