Drive thru girl with pink hair needs to learn how to appreciate her customers and not make her inability to communicate loudly as to what she is requesting. You never walk out to the customers truck and critique them as you hand them their food.
We pay for the service so appreciate that you have a job.

For the second time at this Taco Bell, I’ve had the same strange experience in the drive-thru. After placing my order, I pull up to the window and they immediately tell me to back up to the first yellow pole with no explanation. It’s like they don’t want anyone waiting at the window for their food. Then, when the food is ready, they stick their hand out and wave you forward again. This happened today at around 4pm (11/15/25)
It makes no sense because there isn’t even room for another vehicle to pass and pull in front. They also never mention this on the speaker while ordering. What’s the point of this system? It really makes you wonder why you can’t just wait at the window like every other fast-food restaurant.
Overall, it’s confusing, inconvenient, and honestly unnecessary.

This is the worst Taco Bell location in Apopka. Quality is even below normal Taco Bell standards. Staff really couldn’t care less about being there. Orders get messed up ALL THE TIME! If you need to Live Mas, do it at another location.

I have order 3 different times from this taco bell and received an incorrect order each time. Time before they kept putting lettuce on a soft taco after for no lettuce, not once but 3 times before it was right I was thought try again last night different staff. Ordered 2 crispy burr, 2 Taco bellgrande, 1 regular taco. Was told to drive up. Gave the price that I question 27.00 , for 2 burr, 2 taco grande and 1 taco . What ? I thought it was a special 2 burr and 1 soft taco. Was told no. Burr are 5 something a piece. Ok and how much are 2 taco's and the single taco. Was told the taco's were 6 dollars a piece now. What!!!!! So I cancelled one burr and the single taco. Bill was now 19.00. WOW still shock. Drove home to find the reason, I received 2 Nacho and the 1 burr. NOT even what I ordered or was called back to me.

Upon opening the nacho. there is most all refried beans which I can not stand and maybe a teaspoon of meat on top and barely any cheese. They are never like they look on the board or posted.

And I so was looking forward to my tacos. lesson learned. NO more drive thru. Will go inside if I decide to stop there again. Third strike.

Skipped lunch, missed dinner and they were the only local joint open. Ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. Probably the worst made/quality food I’ve ever had. No cheese/sauce on the quesadilla and the rice was crunchy while the burrito was chewy. Was the weirdest, most terrible dichotomy of texture and flavor I could have asked for. Both items went in the trash. It’s Taco Bell. I’m not surprised, just disappointed.

I see all these negative reviews and feel like I am going to a different location??? I have been to many taco bells and quite frankly this is one of the most well managed locations on earth! The people writing negative reviews must have unrealistic expectations of what your experience should be when dining at taco bell. Everyone here is a worker, trained well and does there job. The longest I have ever watied when I got to the drivethrough window in line is about 3 minutes. Typically my order is always ready when I get to the window and my order is put together accurately. The food is as good as it gets for taco bell. They prepare it well.

I went thru the drive thru and had to repeat my order at least 4 times. Only 2/3 of my order was on my receipt and they proceed to tell me that I would have to go back through or come inside to reorder the other 1/3. Plus what I did get was mostly wrong! Tried calling the manager but that was a joke, they would not turn the phone over to take the complaint; never even got to speak to them.

This place is a rip-off, always missing stuff, they fill up the nacho cheese halfway to almost none. Tacos half empty, customerserviceis horrible, the list goes on. Worst TB ever.

worst place ive been too standing at the counter 15 minutes ,20 behind the counter all looking me and no one greets me.lady walks out from back looks at me and goes to someone in front hugs then walks back looks at me and goes in the back no body greeted me at all . said hello even screamed it twice literally no one do better . get a different job if you don't like yours.
