My card wasn’t given back to me at the drive-thru, and minutes later someone at this Taco Bell used it and only the staff had my card. I literally came back and they had it in the back. I called customer service and when they called me back, they said the cameras showed nothing unusual. I can’t argue with their footage, but the charge came from this store One minute after I left, and the staff are the only ones who had my card. I work hard for my money. This is not right.
On top of that, they rounded up my total for a “donation” without asking. I had to cancel my card and the whole thing just felt wrong. Customers deserve better accountability and basic security

I had an unpleasant experience at Taco Bell recently, and I feel it's important to share. The employee, Luis, was extremely impatient and rushed me through my order. He seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and I don't think he even smiled once. His cold attitude made the visit uncomfortable, and it felt like he didn't want to be there. Customer service is a huge part of a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking this time.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future customers have a much more positive experience.
