My card wasn’t given back to me at the drive-thru, and minutes later someone at this Taco Bell used it and only the staff had my card. I literally came back and they had it in the back. I called customer service and when they called me back, they said the cameras showed nothing unusual. I can’t argue with their footage, but the charge came from this store One minute after I left, and the staff are the only ones who had my card.
I work hard for my money. This is not right.
On top of that, they rounded up my total for a “donation” without asking. I had to cancel my card and the whole thing just felt wrong. Customers deserve better accountability and basic security

THE REST OF THE NAMES ARE THERE TO COMPLICATE or AGGRAVATE THE CUSTOMERS, MR. BRANDON and MRS. MIA BLACK FEMALE (AGE, BET. 35-40, RUDE and HOSTILE WITH THE PUBLIC, BY USING FOUL LANGUAGE WITH THE EMPLOYEES, etc ... THAT I BELIEVE THEY NOT QUALIFIED.

Pretty much every time I come here I have to double check every food item I order to make sure it isn't made wrong. Tonight I got a cheese quesadilla and added beef and supreme. They gave me a chicken quesadilla with no beef and no sour cream.

I had an unpleasant experience at Taco Bell recently, and I feel it's important to share. The employee, Luis, was extremely impatient and rushed me through my order. He seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and I don't think he even smiled once. His cold attitude made the visit uncomfortable, and it felt like he didn't want to be there. Customer service is a huge part of a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking this time.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future customers have a much more positive experience.
