Ah, the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell - a culinary masterpiece that never fails to amaze! And let me tell you, folks, I've had my fair share of Crunchwraps from various Taco Bell locations, but none compare to the one I received yesterday around 12pm from the incredible staff at this drive-thru.As I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "how's your day going?" from the team member. I could tell they were genuinely interested in making my experience exceptional. And then, they handed me the most glorious Crunchwrap I've ever laid eyes on.The tortilla was perfectly crisped, the beef was seasoned to perfection, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crunchy. But what really took it to the next level was the generous drizzle of that magical red sauce. Oh, the sauce! It tied everything together like a harmonious symphony of flavors.I took a bite and closed my eyes, savoring the delightful combination of textures and tastes. It was love at first bite! The staff at this drive-thru truly understand the art of crafting a Crunchwrap Supreme. They're not just making fast food - they're creating joy in every wrapper.So if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by this Taco Bell. I went through the drive-thru late at night, around 1 or 2 AM on a Saturday night. The drive through was surprisingly empty, although it still took a while to get our order. There is only one lane, compared to other fast food locations that usually have two drive through lines, at least at the newer locations. The inside is closed but you can still do a mobile order on their app and pick it up via their drive through. The food was made fresh, although they made my friend's burrito incorrectly (he asked them to make it without one of the main ingredients, which was still his order even though it was on the receipt,). Similarly, we asked for a side of mild sauce, which they also forgot to add. Other than that, it went pretty smoothly.Vegetarian options: Decent amount of vegetarian options such as veggie Mexican pizza, spicy potato soft taco, and black bean crunch wrap supreme. Check the website for dietary information before you go, it is clearly labeled and there is a decent selection of customizable options.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of vegetarian and low calorie options as well as gluten-free choices, such as Power Menu Bowl, crunchy tacos, and black beans and rice. However, anyone with a gluten allergy or Celiac disease should 100% NOT eat at taco bell.Parking: Kind of small parking lot, but it's overall a decent amount of spots. The drive through does get backed up during busy times like rush hour traffic.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. If your kids don't like tacos or quesadillas, it may be difficult to get them to eat something from the menu. If you are willing to give it a try, I recommend hard & soft tacos, chicken & cheese quesadillas, & nachos and cheese.Wheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor, handicapped parking spots, ramps on the sidewalk, no stairs.
I have ordered from this location multiple times. All through Uber and have put the mild, hot or what sauces that I've wanted. Somehow the times the sauces were put online, I never received them. So I got pissed and started calling them and the person on the other end confirmed the mild sauces and extra napkins that I asked for specifically and still never got either after several times. Then talked to the night manager about the situation before and she stated that she would kick this person in the *** . Well guess what. Still no sauces or napkins. Shame on yourself now!! Certainly about done. I wouldn't' recommend this location unless you talk very slowly and they look in a mirror when you're ordering to reiterate what your conversation was in the beginning.. Get new managers and train your employees better. Good Luck!!!

My experiences at Taco Bell have not always been great. It is usually an in and out sort of deal. But today there was a really kind gentleman working the cash register at the drive thru. He greeted me asked me how my night was and was very quick to give me my food and tell me to have a great rest of my night. It was not what I was expecting for the Taco Bell drive-through. Gross. There was a bug in my taco, tried to post picture but google isn’t letting me. Also, last time I came, they forgot my nacho chips. I even drove back to the window and told them, he told me they’re in the bag on the bottom. I looked when I got to work but there wasn’t any. Super dissatisfied with this place
