I was on my way to visit this morning but after reading the reviews I will rethink this one.
The economy and money is too tight to get an subpar experience.
I shop at Publix several times a week and always say I plan to stop here and try them out but not with these reviews. It makes me sad! 😢

I’ve given this location so many chances to change my mind and unfortunately the visits are no different than my past experiences with them. They never get my order right. I understand mistakes happen, but every single time? I never have this issue with any other location except this one :(

I had my employee buy a smoothie and it did not taste good and was watery. I was able to get off work at 3pm and came to them with the smoothie. My employee had bought it right before lunch. I went back and the manager laughed at my face and did not want to remake it. Was not professional and being that I am a customer all I wanted was for them to remake it.. STAY AWAY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My family really enjoys this location. Very friendly employees and a great selection. This location does a great job at the speed of the service. We have been here when it’s busy and slow multiple times. Each time, consistently, is very enjoyable.

I get take out here all the time, the staff is always super friendly and on point, the smoothies and food they offer are cleaner than competitors, and it's actually faster than any of the fast food places around.

I placed my order at the register at 6:05pm (you can see the time on the sticker) and did not receive my 2 smoothies until 6:20pm and there were no other orders in front of mine however the server held a full conversation in the middle of making my smoothie which turned a 5 minute or so process into a 15 minute process. There was no issue with her having a conversation but multitasking is a thing. i always come to this location so to have experienced this was very disappointing and to add to the fact that after waiting so ridiculously long for a smoothie my smoothies were both still not very blended out. if i could give my experience this time zero stars i would. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Trust me you don’t wanna see the photos of the outcome of this place. My partner had warned me about getting food poisoning twice from this location but since I usually go to the one in lake mary and have had no trouble I thought maybe he was just sensitive to the ingredients or something. OH MY WAS I WRONG. About 1 hour after eating the chipotle flatbread and acai smoothie (my go-to at every other tropical smoothie), let’s just say I exploded in every place that one can explode. I’m currently sitting with a heating pad on my stomach and vomiting every few minutes.

Nice establishment and employees but the alleged assistant manager Caesar was extremely disrespectful. They accidentally gave my order to another customer and offered to make me a new one and give me a refund which I didn't ask for but thought was nice because I was already there for a while. A few minutes later they asked for my card to issue the refund but then proceeded to charge me for the new smoothie which seemed odd because I was told I'd be taken care of. Miscommunication between the employees I suppose and that's understandable. I had to leave to get back to work so I called to speak to the manger which wasn't present, so I was handed down to the assistant manager who refused to give me his name. I asked several times but he was just rude and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was polite and asked nicely but he seemed not to care. They wear name tags here so I don't understand the issue and regardless that's extremely unprofessional. Id avoid this location if a Caesar is working that day. I'll contact them again to speak to the store manager to address the issue and hopefully be treated respectfully.

I tried calling and no one answers the phone so either it’s wrong number or they’re ignoring me if I go there and call and here the number everyone is getting reported to management
