This is such an amazing little gem in Apopka! Shaved ice that tastes as delicious as it looks. And the service is always top notch! They have a great menu of scrumptious combinations, or you can create your own combo from their wide selection of snows, sauces and toppings. We can never decide, so we always buy the sampler where you can choose 4 different ones. So good!
Parking: Lot is behind the building and there’s a back entrance to get in

Pretty good Italian Ice. ? The place is pretty nice and clean. The parking is located in the back of the building. There is a door that gives you access to the establishment from the back. We did not see any signage for that back door, so we just walked around the building to the front entrance. It was a nice day, so I did not mind going around. Accessibility is moderate. They have handicap parking, but the front and back door are not automatic. The back door had a little bit of a bump where my wheelchair got caught on and I needed help to pass it. They have barstool seating and 2 tables. The table was comfortable for me to use in my wheelchair. Service was great. The lady explained the diferent products available and gave us recommendations. In overall, if you enjoy Italian Ice, you would love this place. ☺️

I could eat these every single day. Today Dayven helped us and he was amazing. Customer service was outstanding, AND he even offered a rewards card that no one else has ever showed me! Love coming here but avoid after the APK football games because it's an absolute madhouse.
Edit to my review: The owner reached out to make things right for my wife and I. That is how you correct mistakes/mishaps and I will gladly return to give this place another shot. This conversation totally reversed my initial experience and I will be glad to return and support this local business!
This is a local spot I’ve driven past for a few years now. My wife and I went in today and maybe, just maybe we should have continued driving past this place. It was empty when we entered and the young lady at the counter seemed to wish it stayed that way. I can’t imagine directing a new customer with questions to the website for answers while working-it’s just an odd thing to do. When asked if it was to go, we were told it would be $1 extra (per mini) to go…huh?! You’re charging customers to take the treat out of the facility-ok… The treat itself is not a treat: it is unflavored ice similar to the frost that accumulates when the fridge’s ice maker trap doesn’t close completely. Then a generous helping of canned whip cream is heaped on top with whatever flavored syrup you crave. Weird experience that won’t be repeated. For the same price I’d recommend going to Publix, buying your favorite frozen treat, eating half of it and throwing the rest away - you would still have a better experience than this stuff.

All of the staff are amazing and we have a bi weekly game thing they let us do. Personally I get the Snow Tiger every visit and it's DELICIOUS!!

This place has probably some of the best shaved ice i’ve ever had in my life. Everytime i come here i always leave wanting more, since i’ve been here i’ve told my family and friends about this magical and wonderful place. Not only does the shaved ice leave a beautiful taste and feel on the tongue it also leaves a feeling within. I recommend anyone that comes her to try the sweet tooth, it’s something that i wish the world could try. if i could give this place 50 stars i would, come check vampire penguin out as you’ll leave with happiness.
