I was craving a Calzone... and I really miss an old place that was off Park Ave... years ago, I heard that someone opened up Verona Cafe that used to work at the other place... well, I FINALLY took a chance and ordered from here... and let me tell you.. I'm so glad that I did... was almost exactly as I remember it... I'll definitely return... might not be quite as often as I'd like since I live in Longwood, but I'll be back... I'd have included a photo... but by the time I got home, I was so famished that I began to devour my calzone...

First time trying Cafe Verona and wish we would have gone sooner. Ordered small Stromboli and it did not disappoint! The portion was generous and the filling we ordered included cheese, sausage and pepperoni. It was plentiful both in size and contents. Restaurant was clean and the owner was friendly and engaging. You can tell that there was a sense of pride, something that is such a pleasure (and rarity) to see. Thank you Cafe Verona for the excellent food quality and service with a smile. We will be back!

Fabulous food! After I took a few bites I had to take a picture and post a review. Never heard of this place until a friend of mine mentioned it. I bought the chicken parm. Came with a salad and a whole loaf of garlic bread! Everything is take out and you can eat it there or at home. They have a few booths so we decided to eat it right in there. The price is great for the amount of food you get. I’m not gonna lie I had low expectations as I walked in, but after started eating the food i was amazed. The only thing I noticed was the staff didn’t wear hair nets or gloves and saw one roach on the floor. Not a big deal because are small things that could be corrected but because the food was good and seemed like it was fresh and the staff friendly plus I like to support small businesses like this one I gave all a 5 stars.

Amazing pizza at an amazing price. So much flavor packed into each bite. And it's suitable for all ages so bring your family. My 4 year old son enjoyed it just as much as I did.
We have excellent service wonderful food the only place my husband will eat a cheesesteak. The only place that wants it from plus the love of the price. He would have it every day.
