One Cashier went to Dunkin' Donuts. One cashier took my order. My order sat on account for 15 minutes. The other cashier came from Dunkin' Donuts gave me my order waited 15 more minutes for my Waffle that I did not receive all around horrible service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Waffle House. From the moment I walked in, the employee behind the counter seemed irritated and uninterested in providing good service. He wasn’t very communicative, didn’t tell us the prices, and made us feel rushed right away. When I said I needed a minute to look at the menu, he came back just a couple of minutes later asking again what we wanted.
When I asked small, simple questions — like if he could add ketchup to the bag — instead of responding, he would just turn around and toss it in without saying a word. I also overheard him being short and rude with another table nearby.
Maybe he was just having a rough night, but that kind of attitude shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I’ve always enjoyed Waffle House for its friendly service, so this experience was really disappointing.

On a recent, (very early) Tuesday morning, after arriving on the red eye at Orlando International Airport, There was nothing better than to stop at this Waffle House in Apopka, Florida while driving and order my usual All Star Breakfast. The wait service at the time i arrived at this location was outstanding, as the restaurant was not very busy. Fresh Hot Coffee along with super quick service and great waffle house food cooked to order was a fantastic way to start my day. Overall Rating ~ Very Good.
