I purchased food and all the food was ice cold. From the fries to the burger. I called customer service because they never answer the phone and was advised a manager will give me a call back. That's been a week and as of today still no call back. Check your order before departing. Also waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get cold food. Don't waste your time going here.

Took our granddaughter for lunch. Food was good, albeit a little expensive for fast food, but Wendy's is no more expensive than other places. Frosty's were delicious. This location had needed improvement since our last visit a year or so ago, and we're happy to say the service and cleanliness has improved.

Dont go here! When I walked in I should have known to leave by all the tables being so dirty but I stayed thinking maybe they just been busy! I get up to the register unfortunately she doesn't speak English and overcharged me for stuff that I didn't even want nevrr gave me a receipt so it was hard for me to even explain what she overcharged me for.... I get my food my nuggets are cold my burger isn't cooked all the way I can't get my money back because she's not understanding what I need I feel sick to my stomach and I just won't go back please go somewhere else I feel like I got robbed I got bring up for stuff that I didn't even want it's just I literally feel like they robbed me and I didn't even get any food that was good so they just took my money

Decided to try Wendy's after 4 yrs and the young man Cal or Zac working the drive thru service is horrible. Poor customer service and the Mgr could careless. Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere

There was only a tinge of red to indicate tomato and a 1.5x3 piece of yellow romaine for the lettuce on an ample chunk of fried chicken that was not crispy. Sorry example of a sandwich.
