Second time I door dashed and had missing items. Really disappointing

Placed an order with deliver service, this location completely forgot over half of my order initially (I ordered 11 items, only received 5). The delivery driver was so kind as to go back to the store, where they STILL forgot 3 of my items! Tried to call the p# listed for this located & got the message "This Phone # is currently not in service". Unbelievable!

My wife got me a free frosty for a year key tag. Excited as I haven't had Wendy's in so long, I decided to get some food tonight and get a free frosty jr. I roll up and let them know I have a free frosty key tag. I'm told they're out of jr cups. When I get to the window I asked if they could just put the same amount of a jr size in a bigger cup. Then she proceeds to say "oh I would make a mess". I don't see how, it's soft serve, you pull the handle, and the frosty or ice cream comes out. I don't understand how someone could make a mess doing that. After that experience I lost my appetite and after this, I'm done going to Wendy's from this point forward... 👎🏻

the people who took our order were extremely rude and had an attitude The whole time they were taking our order and they still messed up our order and when we ask them to fix it, they gave us even a bigger attitude I was gagged would not go there again

ORDERED ON DOORDASH AND 20 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE COLD FRIES COLD AND THE BURGERS COLD .. APPRECIATE YALL FR .. GREAT WORK ON THE FOOD

Live in Tampa but I'm out here field verifying a home in Longwood. Wendy's showed up on Google maps so I stopped for lunch. Time is about 1:00 pm. Ordered the biggy bag and am impressed. Food was ready just as soon as I finished filling my drink cup. Hot and everything fresh. I'm attaching pics because my words can't do it justice. This is a model store for sure... $6.42 with tax

Drive through was not great, waited. About 15 minutes and got nowhere, so with in waited. Another 15 minutes just to have my order taken.
And then another 15 minutes to get the food. So, as far as i'm concerned, service not good and not friendly. Also other people had the same problem, so they left

I ordered a meal using the app. When I arrived 20 minutes later at the drive-thru, I was told they didn't receive my order. I showed the receipt, but they didn't believe me because my order wasn't on their screen. So I parked and went inside. I showed my receipt again, and suddenly, my food appeared. It was a hassle, but okay, I got my food. They had made it as soon as I put the order in instead of waiting for me to arrive. So it was cold by the time I got it. My fries were in a giant clump. My chicken sandwich was cold and looked like it was microwaved. I ordered chili with cheese, but barely any cheese. I also had to ask for my drink, and they got it wrong. Everyone seems really nice at this location, but man, they are terrible at customer service! The restaurant is dirty and greasy, too. The kitchen is dark and looks like a truck stop. I won't be coming back to this location!

People in here were awful at customer service, there was a new employee and they were treating him badly for not speaking English (he was super helpful and was giving its best). They didn't have any singles and when he asked for help she just said “We don’t have any” and walked away. So I had to leave behind 4 dollars that I gave to the employee that was being bullied. Bad environment for this young man.
