Just ordered off of uber eats. 20 wings, tenders and a chicken sandwich. What showed up was 8 wings and fries! The bag was sealed, so it wasn't the driver. If you don't want to work or fill orders do not be open!

Honestly I'm gettin kinda tired of this place. The wings are good but everytime I go there's a problem. The menu is very limited for wing sizes. I want 20 or 25 wings alot of times and it ended up being like 40 bucks for that so I got the 15 piece for 2 combo and I guess you all changed it so now there's not 2 fries and 2 drinks? So I spent 31 dollars for 15 wings and 1 fries. If I had spent the 10 dollars more I would have had 2x the wings. Doesn't seem like good business model. Every time I go there has been someone that was completely angry about everything. Tonight was actually the exception and everyone was nice there. The wait time is forever too. I've tried to order on the phone and order online. It won't let me order on the phone. And I use cash alot so I can't ever order ahead bc of the systems. I end up wasting alot of time and money for something that isn't even worth it. Again your wings are great, but your business model and execution make me not want to go there anymore. There has to be a way to cater better to your customers. I don't normally complain but this really gets me frustrated. I just wanted some nice wings and I'm spending 30 dollars which is alot for one person. And I'm gonna still be hungry and not get what I wanted. U guys need to do bettr

I’ll drive to Altamonte before I come to this wingstop here.. they gave me the wrong order (it takes 20min to get here) and made no attempt to make it right! I asked if they could give me a credit for messing up and the manager wouldn’t. The worst customer service ever! I’ll NEVER come here again!!

I had a horrible experience with an app order about a year ago at this location so I was ready to give up on wingstop for good. But today renewed my faith in this store after I just couldn’t stay away anymore. The service was fast and friendly. There was a lot of people in the store for 3pm but we waited 15 minutes for our food from the time we ordered until my name was called which to me is fine because that’s what you’d wait if you went out at a sit down restaurant. The girl taking the orders was so sweet and helpful. Even when I was done with my food and wanted to order some corn to go she said it would only be one minute. She also let me know if I did the survey on the receipt I could get them for free but I’ll save it for the next time we return!! Definitely give them a second chance they are working hard and you can see them so don’t listen to all the bad reviews.

Was told food would take 1 hour it took 2 then received an order missing 2 items then had to wait another 10 minutes for my missing items in The store watching incompetant individuals stumble around high as a kite trying to take peoples order. Very unsanitary as well no gloves with hair hanging foreword over the visor directly over the food they are preparing. Disgusting A.F. never again any location.
