The food was good but the staff were in a bad mood that it was so awkward hah. I get it it’s hard to work in food and hospitality but dang what did I do?! Hah.

Make an online order, driver arrives to pick it up well before they close and they tell the driver to just leave they refuse to make the order.

There was slim lady on front desk on 1 nov 1:00 am . She was so rude, without any reason and whole different level of attitude. No gloves nothing. First and last experience at this location.

Terrible place terrible service terrible management they messed up my order not once but twice the first time they forgot the fries the sauces and the drink I had got for my mother they also gave me 3 plain and 3 hot honey tenders when I ordered 2 plain and 4 hot honey tenders but I let it go cause door dash left my order at another house and it was already late when we finally got our order redelivered, the second time they again forgot the fries I got for my mother. When we called to inform them they told us that can’t be true that the manager personally packed the bag and he did not forget the fries, when we told them we weren’t lying the manager Greg himself told us he did not forget to pack the fries and that the best they can do is give us a refund on the fries that would take 7-10 business which is ridiculous If I’m spending $50 on food to feed my family the least I expect is for the order to be correct and not get called a liar. Absolutely terrible customer service all around definitely will not be ordering from here again

The meal and the service was good but I really enjoy your old French fries I'm not real crazy about the new ones the fries were one of the main reasons l started coming to wing stop. Please bring back the other fries.

This location never fails to give the worst attitude and service. They gave me a $7 off coupon after messing up my last order just for them to mess up again. Laughable at this point.

Worst wingstop location ever!! Ordered a pickup to-go order and the service was horrible. They gave me unnecessary attitude. The wings were not sauced how they normally should be and the fries were cold.

I fell like this restaurant will be top 5 to where you wouldn’t have to go anywhere.
I came on National Wing Day 7/29 and the crew handling the lunch rush did GREAT. I think there was only like 3 of them I believe but they were knocking those orders out so fast and correctly. The girl up front was handling phones, bagging, taking orders, she was so great too. I never leave reviews like this, but I just had to acknowledge how hard they worked, and they deserve something for that!

I have door dash pick ups here often. This is the second time this week where I come in and I see the melanted woman with glasses talking up a storm with coworkers and other customers that come in while not acknowledging people will at the pick up/delivery area. I ask her if two orders are ready, she tells me they'll be ready in a few minutes and that they would let me know when it's ready. I go to take a seat while other customers walk in to pick up their orders. After nearly 10min no one calls out my orders. I go back up to the counter with no one acknowledging me and ask a different employee if my doordash orders were ready. Lo and behold, the orders were on the rack the whole time causing an unnecessary delay on the customer's order. There is a lack of unprofessionalism at this location. I know these employees, including the melanted woman with glasses are good people but I ask for a since of urgency and professionalism for customers, especially drivers that do delivery.
