So we go to eat here for breakfast my wife and 3 kids, and my sister in law. Party of 6 or more gratuity added to bill .. ok no problem I guess honestly I get it but I’d probably of tipped more if service was good. But problem is they tipped themselves 18 percent.. which for good service ok I have no problem but they completely forget my youngest daughter’s food. Any restaurant I’ve ever been to always served the children first.. well apparently here at Ana’s they serve the youngest child after everyone else has halfway finished their meals. Very disappointed in the service and the audacity to still add an 18 percent gratuity we didn’t even get a refill on the drinks . The food was okay but the service was dreadful. Just bad business. Highly recommend finding a different place to eat.
Update: so I check my credit card statement and noticed that the charge on my card for the meal was different than the actual bill . It was actually like 3 more dollars than the original charge I signed in restaurant. So of course I was like no way are they adding to my bill , I’m already upset with the rediculous tip that was added. So I called and spoke with manager. I will say he was understanding. He told me that a credit card fee was added to the bill. I said no that’s not my responsibility to pay ,that’s the service fee the business pays. I didn’t agree to pay that,I say it was bad enough the gratuity was rediculous for the service received but this is absurd. So he sent me a check for the tip and the fee which was 21.00 dollars. So I appreciate that he did something to make it right. I don’t ever go through all this but I’m to the point where I’ve had it with the so called tip culture we live in now and it’s expected whether or not you get good service or not and that’s unacceptable. And to add the service fee is just criminal. So overall I appreciate the manager doing something to right the wrong but it should never of happened in the first place.

Ordered the hash and eggs because I was told it was homemade hash. Not. Straight out of a can lmao. Whatever. Got a side of sausage gravy also, also right out of a can. It wasn't bad but it felt like a trip to Walmart canned goods breakfast for twenty bucks.

Nice little restaurant. We went here for breakfast and had a pretty good selection of different breakfast foods. I love the sausage gravy, and so I get it at a lot of these places. And this place had perfect sausage gravy.. Looks small from the outside, but there was plenty of seating inside and pretty fast service. I highly recommend this place. The surrounding area looks a little weatherbeaten because of all the storms that have come through this area, but it is still a great place to eat.
Best biscuits and gravy I've had in years,wife had fried fish and eggs, fish was great lightly breaded, not greasy, and tasty. Was so much food had as a snack later
