Leaving a 5 star review because there was no option for 6! If you are traveling through Arcadia, this is a must stop! Down home delicious BBQ served on picnic tables. Clearly a local favorite and with good reason. For a humble and historic small town in central Florida the service and ambience was perfect. We have been going to Slims for 30+ years. It is always wonderful but today the ribs were THE best we've ever had! The green beans were also delicious. Thanks for 30 years of great food! Ashlan was on top of everything. ?
