I enjoyed eating at chili's especially when I'm in a rush I go for to go and the tall female with blondish and black hair was very sweet and gave good customer service everything was in my order and no missing items hope to see her again such a nice girl !

**READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ENTERING!!**This Chilli’s is locally known as the worst place in town to eat. They depend solely on the poor travelers from the equally as bad hotel behind. Service is notoriously bad, often out of silverware and asked to use plastic, reservation’s are disregarded in lieu of locals. AZULE TEQUILA just down the road has much better food and service.Equally as good is the REEF &BEEF, also just down the road. Place is a dump but the food, especially the Ribeye is fantastic.I’m local so I know. Do not be ripped off! The only way you get these dumpy places in line is by spending your money wisely. Please don’t feed the problem.

It’s not just the plastic but the blatant disregard for mine and your hard earned money. If you can’t serve the food in the same manner that you charge for it then close the door and let me take my money elsewhere. A place that does appreciate the money we spend. To continue to seat people to get the money regardless of your ability to serve them is pathetic. I don’t blame the waitress’s. This is the manager and corporate that have no respect for your ability to shop elsewhere. On principal I will never eat at this establishment and I hope you consider the same before spending a dime here.

Let's start off with the restaurant itself. Dirty! Dirty floors worn out seating, filthy men's room. The server, piercings everywhere, nails through her cheeks and nose, how attractive to be greeted by that. The food, ordered the 3 for me, potato soup was cold and the old timer burger that I ordered done medium was burnt to a crisp. French fries that I ordered crispy were undercooked and soggy. One bright note the beverage I ordered was good. Chili's overall has a good reputation but I would steer clear of the Arcadia Florida location if possible. Unfortunately there aren't many choices.Parking: Plenty of parking because this place is so bad no one goes there.

Prompt at the beginning, downhill from there.Skillet Queso was in a plastic bowl, runny, and cold.No silverware, had to ask for it. Was told they didn't have any, and was plastic ok? Started using plastic when server showed up with some that had just been washed.Caesar salad came with mixed greens, not romaine.Boneless wings sat in window so long the blue cheese dressing was hot.Burger was way overdone and cold. Cold soggy fries.Not what we planned for our Friday night dinner.
