Chili's Grill & Bar is a casual dining restaurant known for its quick service. While the building and surroundings may need some maintenance, the atmosphere remains welcoming. The menu has evolved from southwest-inspired dishes to include more finger food options. Servers are friendly and strive to provide good customer service. A recent visit highlighted the improvements in service, earning a 5-star rating from customers who previously experienced issues. The Cajun shrimp and pasta has been praised as awesome, and the restaurant is also child-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Takeout orders are reliable, and the staff at the cashier is friendly and informative. Food quality is generally good, with meals like the Alex Santa Fe burger receiving positive feedback, although some sides, such as Mexican corn, may be soggy but still enjoyable. Drinks, including margaritas, are served promptly during happy hour, though there can be delays during busy times. Recently, customers have noted the staff's attentiveness, with one waitress even splitting a meal onto two separate plates for sharing. Despite some minor issues with incorrect orders for larger groups, the overall experience has improved significantly, making many customers willing to return, especially when the restaurant is less crowded.
