I just came through the woman in the window was very kind and sweet and assisted me throughout my order!! Her customer service was amazing and should be acknowledged it was a young black woman I assume was a manager!! it doesn’t cost anything to be kind and she payed me!! 💯💗
I order a double with no cheese and an order of fresh fries the fries was hot but the burger was awful... CS was ok. I have deciding to start cooking my own food and serve myself, so I can get the CS I look forward to and pay for.
Ladies at the drive thru today around 5-6pm had great customer service. Fries were dark brown and very soft which makes me think they need to change the oil, but we'll still return due to the great customer service!
