I ordered online ahead of time but we'll NEVER order from this subway again. Food was completely incorrect. My churro was missing even though I paid for it online. My sub was made incorrectly with the wrong cheese. Then, even though the app said our food was done, we had to wait in the store over ten minutes for the employee to finally give us our food that was sitting on the back counter. When we got out to our car, impatient to get back on the road, we discovered all the food was incorrect.Terrible location, terrible service, terrible everything and I didn't even get all of the food I paid for.

Not a fan of the employee who took my order. She walked all over touching many things with her gloves on, then came back and started making my sandwich. Totally grossed me out.
In Astor on labor day, Was not stocked at 8:30pm, no chicken at all. used gloves to get new stock and then work on the subs,3x with tomatoes spinach and meat same gloves. Seemed kinda difficult for her to work with such long nails.Then asked for Justine to use cash first then card and she took money and used only card.
