“We drove by on the way from from a road trip and I was skeptical when I first walked in. It's connected to another store and it's a pretty tight squeeze when standing in there with other customers. It was worth it. It was hands down some of the best ice cream that we have had. My stepdad got the peach and he raved about it, my mom got the coffee and she said it was the best coffee ice cream she had because it wasn't too sweet, and I had a banana milkshake where they used real bananas. It may not be the prettiest on the inside but we had a great experience. It seemed family opened and operated and the customer service could not have been better.”

“Alma was a great waitress! We had a party of 8 and she handled everything effortlessly! Everyone's meal was great except for one, which she returned & explained the issue to the chef. Since it couldn't be corrected, she recommended another dish for her. Within minutes the new meal was delivered and it was very satisfactory to our friend. We all will be back again!”

Sometimes when it is busy, you need to have patience because this is a Subway in A gas station so they dont have the hours to have tons of employees on at all times, so during peak hours they get lined. However the staff is amazing and they are well worth the wait.”

“Huge portion sizes, Fried clams are to die for, I recommend sitting down so you get the most snacks, Because when they put it to go, you get way less. Other than that this place is awesome. Bring cash because they are cash only.”

“This was our first time here. We started with the queso and refried beans appetizer along with the complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were terrific, homemade, and the salsa had a perfect amount of heat. We enjoyed the house margaritas during happy hour, obviously homemade and tasty. The queso with homemade pico and beans was delicious, a creative dish. My husband had the chicken chimichanga and I ordered the three birria taco dinner. The chimi was stuffed with the freshest of ingredients and my tacos overflowing with birria beef and cheese nestled in house made tortillas. I'm not lying when I say the side rice was the best I've ever had in any Mexican restaurant, bar none. The service was spot on, she was attentive and helpful, guiding us expertly through the menu. We sat at a high top four top near the bar. I'd only say they could have music playing with some lower lighting but either of these took away from our meal experience .Pierson has a diamond in this restaurant and we highly recommend it.”

So we went to leave and find another place to dine when the (I assumed was the owner) said don't leave! As least let me feed you and when you come back around come back and eat here!
