“Each Chicken taco was healthy. Homemade corn tortillas. Fresh veggies and the hot sauce was on point. So glad I took a Menudo home, Because 2 tacos filled me up.Menudo came with all the fixings. I love a good radish, cilantro, onion and homemade tortillas kit. Menudo had plenty of pansita. ?And the price was nice.”

“Service is a little slow. Food is mixed. I had the traditional breakfast with potatoes and sausage. The sausage was good, the potatoes were not. Daughter had the waffle. It as ok. The orange juice was really hood. The coffee was not good. I had the caramel latte and it tasted very weak and watery.”

“Finding a place where you can buy agua frescas that's not a flea market is just awesome! Great find! Tried the food today it was overall good. Didn't fancy the rice for some reason but all else was good. Come check them out for the frescas and fruit pops! No better way to beat the heat.”

“Holy cats we love cafe da vinci!!! We drive all the way out from Ocala to hit this place up. They get some really great music acts up in here and absolutely recommend! This is an inside/outside venue with an outside stage, a little area with pool table plenty of dance room, a big outside bar with awesome very professional bartenders, another smaller outside bar, an inside bar and more pool tables inside. Great atmosphere, kind of a road house. When i try to describe it to people we know, i imagine its like a south american roadhouse for like american expats, like in bolivia or something. Theres some kind of food thing on the outside of the venue and a patio area with tables and chairs. Ive looked at the food and it sounds delicious and priced right but unfortunately i havent sampled any. Lots of nearby free well lit parking.Management, if you read this, get some margarita machines up in there.”

“My friend and I stopped by here on a whim and we're both so glad we did. We both ordered a Latin bowl and it was amazing! The bathrooms were impeccably clean and they have a nice atmosphere. Definitely will be returning.”

“I fell in love with frozen custard almost 10 years ago and I get SO excited when I find a custard (instead of an ice cream) shop! I’ve gone to whits more times than I’d like to admit over the last year since I moved back to the area and I always leave happy. I got my birthday cake here this year and it was a massive hit! (vanilla custard, raspberry sauce, chocolate shavings/drizzle, husband added the gummy worms as a surprise ?) 10/10 recommend whits!Parking: There is a large free parking lot directly behind whits”

“The food is nothing short of great. The service is not individually personable but nothing negative. The likely language barrier found with the authenticity tends to come off as unfriendly at times. A mom-and-pops/Food Truck vibe is here...and I'm here for it. My favorite is the Al Pastor tacos!”

“BEST ice cream in DeLand (and surrounding areas)! Home made ice cream and gelato with lots of delicious flavours, and the home made caramel sauce on top is the best I've ever had! They have several gluten free and vegan flavours too. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back! ?”

“Was pretty skeptical about this place, as our family is cuban we didn’t think it’d taste as good as cuban food should taste. I’m glad I was wrong! We spent about 30 minutes (while waiting for a table) trying to decide what we wanted to eat because it all sounded sooo good. We opted for 3 appetizers and each of us got a different menu item and I don’t think we had one bad thing to say! The service was awesome and attentive. Zeke (Ezekiel?) was our server, he was great from start to finish. The food came out very quickly. The service was efficient. We’ve recommended this to our family that stays near.Didn’t even think to take pics of the appetizers, we ate them in like 2 minutes.”

“Outstanding! It’s REAL coffee not that weak, bitter, fake Starbuck mess. We happened upon Trilogy strolling through DeLand with our snooty big city expectations turned way down. What a fantastic surprise finding this place! No more suffering the giveaway hotel room coffee either; just wake up and head to Trilogy. Even told my family living here to check it out.”

“What a gem of a place to have in our town of Deland! The garlic escargot is the best we've ever had. The garlic sauce is over the top, want to lick the plate clean amazing. Leg of Lamb is my favorite, tender, seasoned to perfection, and just melts in your mouth. My husband's favorite is the prime ribeye. Just sheer perfection. Have never had anything on the menu that wasn't tasty. Get the wine, eat the dessert, enjoy. You won't regret stopping here.”

“My wife and I are newbies in Deland from South Florida. Deland has so many unique gems. Manzano's is definitely one of them. Their menu of sandwiches is A+. I always here the same thing OMG are they good, wish they were open longer but boy is it worth running over there. My biggest surprise from them is their Cuban sandwich. I am Cuban from South Florida and I can tell you someone in the Manzano family has to be related because this sandwich is so good. Thank you guys for helping not miss the 305 too much.”

“Had lunch today and the food was fantastic. I normally get the potato pancakes but today I tried the fish and chips. The food was crispy, hot and perfectly cooked. My server Erica was so attentive and accommodating. She checked back often and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. As a former restaurant owner it was nice to see an operation run so smoothly. Management was seen seating people, cashing them out, helping servers, performing table visits …..it was a nice change to see managers involved. Great job today Perkins! I’ll definitely be back!”
