We had an amazing experience. From the time we pulled up to the valet, it was all a 5 star experience. All of the staff were professional and efficient. Our server was attentive but didn't hover. The restaurant has a beautiful layout and a breath taking entrance way. The service was top-notch and everything we ordered was perfectly prepared and tasty. As a dessert lover, the cheese cake did not disappoint. It was some of the best cheese cake I've ever had. Definitely a restaurant I would happily dine at again

We are sad to know that you are closing down Azurea for remodeling, however we look forward to the new dining experience. Bet it will be great! Thank you for many years of great food, excellent service and so many family dining memories. Everyone up in the restaurant has been great, especially Lizeth!!!! Bring back the Seafood Cobb Salad and the Lobster Roll, they were the best. The Shrimp Louie has been our current favorite. Yesterday we tried the Shrimp and Grits, they were awesome!!! See y'all soon!

We love this place! Have been to One Ocean five times and love the whole property but one of our favorites parts is that you have an incredible restaurant on site. They go above and beyond to meet every need of their guests to ensure an incredible dining experience. We both had the grouper last night and shared a side of potatoes which was the perfect choice. Ray provided us with superb service and we just can't wait to get back here again!

The place itself is lovely- great design & layout. The food, not so much. Had the Snapper & hubby ordered the lobster & filet. Lobster was sad looking- small for $55 & the filet was not fresh, it was cooked right but has the graininess of frozen meat.

Excellent experience. From the time we arrived to the desert the service was amazing. Food was above what we expected and the cheese and meat tray was a great appetizer. The filet was cooked perfect and my wife's risotto was excellent. We will be back again for sure. I will add the free valet was very nice as well as parking in the area sometimes is very difficult.

She went above and beyond to make our meal feel special — she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Tori took the time to chat with us, made great recommendations, and somehow seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. It turned an ordinary lunch into a really memorable afternoon for both of us. Thank you, Tori, for making our day! We’ll definitely be back.

I have lived in Jacksonville for 11 years and eaten many meals out. Obviously, I don't remember them all but if any had been as good as this I would remember it. My husband and I had my brother and SIL visiting from Charleston m, SC. We asked for a quiet table and that's what we got. Our guests had grouper and red snapper, what appeared to be 8 oz servings with fresh and seasonal sides beautifully presented. They each loved their choice and ate every morsel. My husband went for the vegetarian risotto dish which he said was prepared to avoid the excessive heaviness often found when too much cheese and/ or cream are involved. I had two appetizers, the Caesar salad which was fresh and light with the surprise of what seemed to be fresh (not canned) anchovies. With the salad, I had a single crabcake also light and fresh. Both my dishes, in fact everything we were served avoided stereotypes and pitfalls of over saucing or over seasoning. Everything was prepared with the courage of a master chef who could let each dish shine . Speaking of shining, Susana our server was perfection, a smile with every interaction, like the chef confident in her role, a joy to write these words of praise.

My friend and I had stopped by for Brunch at Azurea and it was delicious along with amazing service. Our server Tori was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I ordered the pork benedict alongside an Aperol spritz which were both refreshing and savory. Next time I am in town, I would love to try Azurea for dinner!

What a great experience! Sarai, the host, was super accommodating when seating us, and our waiter Tori gave us excellent service. We shared two meals, the garden omelet and the banana bread french toast, and she had them brought out already portioned out for us! Amazing service, excellent food, and a beautiful hotel! 10/10 I'm recommending this place to all my family.
