Well we rarely ever complain but service was very slow outa the gates. We were seated lait on our reservation, and it took 40 minutes to get our appetizers. After asking our server Rei if he could please provide us more attention and were not happy with the service, he quickly made an extra effort to ensure the rest of our meal went above and beyond. Food was very good as usual (3rd time there) and ambience is perfect.

We always have an exceptional dining experience. The Seabass is excellent and their beet salad is too. Would definitely recommend an evening out if you like a quieter dinner. Lots of places to walk to while you're in that area.
We celebrated our 30th anniversary here based on a recommendation from a friend. We arrived 30 minutes before the dining room opened and decided to have a cocktail at the bar while we waited. Our bartender was Claire and she was a pleasure to meet. All the drinks she made were delicious and did the trick to get us prepared for our upcoming meal. We were finally seated in the dining room and had Rei as our server. Rei did a great job at explaining the specials for the evening as well as giving us recommendations based on our palate preferences. The food was delicious and worth going back for.

I have had the pleasure of going to Azurea multiple times throughout my time living in Jacksonville, and one constant that I have to share is that Ms. Lizeth, one of the amazing waitresses here, has ALWAYS been so kind to us! She is amazing and the one reason I come back time and time again. Thank you, Lizeth!

My server, Leigh-Ann, was wonderful. The food was superb. I highly recommend the duck. It was the best I've ever had. Even though I was alone and it was late on a slow night, I was never rushed. I can't wait to go back.

Def 4 stars! Wonderful appetizers... crab cake was amazing. Squash bisque was great too, just slightly too sweet. Snapper trio was innovative, fixed three ways. Blackened piece was overcooked but other two were amazing. Cobb seafood salad was perfect, homemade blue cheese dressing. Service was excellent. Beautiful booths, a little tight, I'd pick a table over a booth next time. Try it!
We tried the sea bass, tenderloin and the scallops. The scallops were really good, great flavors, cooked well and good portion size, highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was a good one. The ambiance is perfect and I highly recommend sitting a booth for a more intimate experience.

Winter Tea One Ocean is again offering an afternoon tea—and it just keeps getting more awesome! I have been attending the Holiday Tea for years. And now the new Winter Tea this year. The experience is exquisite, the service (especially by the experienced Glen) excellent, and the food offerings varied, attractive, and delicious. The menu and information is available on the One Ocean website. I have reviewed their teas previously and always highly recommend. This year is my new favorite, though!!!

Scallops reeked of ammonia so I ordered a steak instead- tough, tasteless. Credit to the surly server who did remove 2 entrees from the check. Too many fish in the sea to return to Azurea.

Craig the waiter was great. The kitchen or manager can do a better job communicating about the menu. We ordered the vegetarian burger. 15 minutes later we were told it was unavailable. We left after a few starter items. Had 1 raging blonde always. Cost $8. I can buy a 6 pack for $12. That's a big markup

Mot where I would go for a quiet or romantic dinner. Remember it is a Hotel restaurant. A very LOUD table of 4 men drinking many bottles of red wine could be heard through the whole place - also one had board shorts and sneakers on - killed the ambience for us. The service was Excellent and food very good . The restaurant decor is looking tired.
