I wanted to edit this review to let you know that. I did have an employee from Baskin-Robbins. Call me To make substitutions for the ice cream, and explained that they were having issues keeping flavors stocked in because their trucks were limited. I do appreciate them reaching out and taking the effort to make the correct substitutions and tell me which flavors they have in stock. Since I was ordering through DoorDash. So even though it’s very frustrating not to have your favorite...

We went in with our entire family (14 of us) while we were in town on vacation. The 2 ladies working were wonderful and took all 14 ice cream orders. They joked around with us and were so nice.

Went through the drive-thru and received fast and friendly service, food was fresh, furthermore I spent less than 5 minutes waiting for my order. This was excellent customer service.?
