My parents started taking me to Ragtime as a baby 44 years ago. I have a ton of wonderful memories there. It changed when Gorden Biersch bought it, but the menu really changed during covid. We use to go weekly, now we go every few months. When the rest of the corner restaurants are full, you can usually get into Ragtime now. Service is good, shrimp are no longer local.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. They are not clearly labeled.Kid-friendliness: Ragtime is kid friendly as long as you do not mind entering through a bar.

Always a great experience and food. 4 stars because the waitress should have been a little more attentive. Definitely will be back when we have a taste for some great food near the beach.
Mylissa has been absolutely amazing. Service was absolutely fantastic. I cannot ask for a better service experience from anyone but her! 10/10 recommend her as your server. Thank you so much!

Loved the atmosphere. Fillet mignon with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus were great once I scraped off the tremendous amount salt and was able to taste the food.Dietary restrictions: Too much salt

Wonderful atmosphere. The food was amazing. I ordered the Cajun crawfish dip, salmon and the beignets. All amazing options. Food was prompt and delicious. I wish I could have eaten it all. The dip was a great starter. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The beignets were well accompanied by chocolate and strawberry sauce.

Although the restaurant was understaffed, we had excellent service. The waitress was very friendly, willing to give advice about local stores and items on the menu. The place was clean, and comfortable. The nachos on the menu were delicious, just the right amount of spice. Enty for two to share.

I’ve never seen a smaller serving of Mahi. I’ve also never seen Mahi at market price either so I figured it’d be a nice sized fillet for $27. The restaurant industry is hurting but this was a major letdown.

The salmon was outstanding, and the linguine offered a delightful mix of vegetables and sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed the superb selection of beers; my wife had the IPA while I opted for the red, and we couldn't resist trying the redfish, a delicious blend of light lager and red ale. ?Tasty food and reasonably priced. And let's not forget the delicious vanilla bean ice cream with three delectable sauce options: strawberry, caramel, and hot fudge. ?Overall, a truly enjoyable dining experience!???

Everyone saying food is good, with a picture of the pretzels is lying to you and themselves. They are frozen then microwaved. The sliders buns are stale & burnt. My 102 year old grandmother is blind and deaf in one ear yet she can cook better food than

Ragtime Tavern at Atlantic Beach is a gastronomic landmark, known for its unique blend of American and Cajun cuisines, paired perfectly with house-brewed craft beers. The tavern's ambiance, buzzing with energy and live music, creates an atmosphere that's both welcoming and exhilarating. Signature dishes like shrimp and grits or jambalaya offer a taste of Southern comfort, while the beer selection provides the perfect accompaniment to every meal. Ragtime isn't just a meal; it's a celebration of flavors and fun.RAC

food was absolutely insane, drinks were amazing and the staff were super friendly. definitely draws an older crowd but the other patrons were very friendly so I wouldnt let that stop me from going
If you not a fan of New Orleans spicing, there will not be much to entice you on the menu. The food all seems to taste the same, overspiced and overpriced for the portions. The whole place is very loud and packed together so it is not comfortable or inviting. We have been here several times with friends and just do no see the draw. Not to mention the horrible, expensive parking in the whole downtown area of Atlantic/Neptune Beach.
