We walked in, stood in line and when it was our turn to order the cashier walked away (we were NEVER even acknowledged at all). When she came back to the register she looked at us, pushed a button and walked away again to do something else. Again, no acknowledgement what so ever. We stood there for at least 10 minutes and eventually walked out without ordering and walked over to Firehouse Subs (which was completely the opposite experience and 100% reccomend over this place).

Went through the drive thru for cheese curds and ranch. How small can the box get?? Overpriced for about 5 curds and they give ranch packets, not a container of ranch for dipping. That made it not enjoyable to eat. The staff were nice but I won't be back.

I saw one girl with extremely long nasty looking Acrylic nails and after that I left without ordering. Long nasty nails should not be aloud in any food establishment.

This place by far has the worst customer service and food was horrible. Order was made wrong and it looks like they just threw everything together, tried calling the store over 20x’s before someone picks up, and then the manager Heather sounded like she didn’t want to hear about the complaint. This will be the 1st and last time ordering anything from here.
