They never have ice cream flavors asked for 3 different kinds that they carry on the regular and this is the 3rd time they haven’t had all the flavors might as well just a Dunkin’ Donuts and take away the BR side

Stopped by Baskin-Robbins on Saturday night for a sweet treat, and it definitely hit the spot! The service was quick and friendly thanks to Krysten. I went with a scoop of Praline in a waffle cone.Definitely a solid spot for a weekend ice cream fix!

I don’t normally write reviews but the girls who helped me here were great! I was trying to sign up for the rewards app and they were patient with me and helped me out a ton even though it was close to closing time. Thanks Krysten and Aidelys! The chocolate almond ice cream was awesome!

Stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes with not so much as a greeting or any employee offering to help. They only had two employees working there. They weren't very many customers there and others were attended before me. I ended up having to leave due to being ignored. Terrible service.

I got a small mango cone. There was chunks of ice in the ice cream and the cake cone was stale. It left a bad taste in my mouth. My fiance got a small choc chip cookie dough on a sugar cone. His ice cream was freezer burnt and the cone was stale!!

Went to Order through the drive through and I had to wait like 8 mins for someone to help me. While I was waiting I looked at the speaker box and underneath it were a bunch of dead roaches. It was so disgusting I just left. I never go to this location even tho it’s closer to my home because the customer service is just awful. I just drive to the lake Alfred one because service is top tier and coffee is always made right. After seeing this bug issue I will def never come back to this location

Nice employees, just sad they didn't have the Pre-packed ice cream on our favorite flavor available and couldn't fill one up like in the old days.We travel far to this BR because the employees at our closest one are awful. The ladies who work here are a lot nicer.
me and my family just left baskin robbin. we came in for ice cream after the flea market and stood there for 10 min waiting on even so much as a greeting. stood in front of the ice cream counter saying excuse me excuse me and no response. lady claim the young man was coming after he rang up the customer but then four other people got in line and he never came to us. so after my fourth excuse me to get some kind of help she came over with a nasty attitude my daughter asked for mango and the lady without washing her hands after handling other things proceeded to put her hands in ice cream cooler to scoop the mango and stops and ask someone else to come do the order. mind you me and my family was never rude or anything so why so short patient with us all we wanted was ice cream. after 12 min i decided to just leave. i don’t understand but it seems everytime you go in there there are nasty attitudes like if your that miserable find somewhere else to work. don’t take it out on the people keeping the place open. very rude

1/12/2024 seriously bad service. 8:45 pm. Pulled into the parking lot. The worker inside sees us pull in. As we are walking into the shop I see him looking at us as he quickly begins to place covers over the ice cream. He mumbled something. I responded we are here for a few scoops of ice cream. He now more clearly says the ice cream is closed. So I asked doesn't it close at 9pm. He mumbled again so I asked if the shop was closing early at 8:50pm. With a blank stare He says uah I was supposed to close the Ice Cream down at 8pm. He just had not closed it down yet. Clearly he was lying since the couple out side were having their ice cream. Really you mean to tell me the coffee and doughnut part stays open later then the ice cream? Blank stare on the dudes face says to me he just didn't want to dirty a spoon. Lazy people, hope the owner reads this.No worries I won't be back and encourage all you to go to Dairy Queen they are open till 11pm and happy we came in.
