This visit, the chicken sandwich, was absolutely horrible.! The chicken was like rubber. You couldn't cut it or bite into it. It's not normal like this. We we're normally quite the regulars, but I'll be done going here for a good while.!

I am highly disappointed I literally spent 40 dollars on 2 items a salad and a sandwich with fries just to wait over 45 minutes for my food and when food was received I literally had 4 tiny pieces of steaks on my sandwich and 5 pieces of steak of my salad and my meat was raw when I asked for medium well the steak was red and the meat smells as soon as you open the container mind you I just paid 20 a piece for each of these items and then when I called to see what could be done she told me to bring my food back and she would refund me the money not to mention the wait I just waited for the food items and the gas I just spent driving there and back twice. Then to top it all off she hung up on me and then wouldn't answer again. Horrible customer service the food portions were not even enough to fill up a baby. This place is straight trash and they treat they're customers like we have no reason to be upset that we just spent our time hard earned money and gas just to go back and get the money we spent on the trash food.

This location did not impress. We ordered appetizers prior to the meal, and some of them showed up after the meal was served. They were just sat down on the table with a "here" comment. Refills did not happen. I ordered a beer and never was offered a refill when the glass emptied. Cocktails from the bar were a bit underwhelming, and one was even returned. A table of 6 people seemed to overwhelm. This is disappointing as I have had great experiences at other locations and am new to the area. I had hopes of making this my spot.
Visited here post hurricane Milton. Considering the limited menu and all circumstances, I was impressed with the service and food quality. They were clicking on all cylinders, which is a testament to the management team. Thank you.
