Worst service ever waited more than 25 minutes in the drive thru from around 10:50 pm to 11:22 and no one took our order there was a line of 4 cars waiting and there were employees inside and they close at 12:00 am I wonder if they were waiting for the clock to hit 12:00am to close without giving us service then you wonder why McDonald’s has more business

My family moved in this area 10 years ago. How time really changes because at those times for a couple years this burger king had sweet, helpful, patient staff. But for example today we came twice, once in the afternoon around 3pm the lady in the drive through window was so impatient & just getting the order wrong. Now we came at 5:15pm and the manager which was latina (not racial as im latina too) first of all, i was speaking to her english and all her responses was spanish. Yes she speaks english because in the beginning of her starting to attend me she spoke english very very well. And then she didnt want to do me a separate order mind you im not alone, im with other people who want to order soo wth? And so we got down after unfortunately, all staff here are just not it im very very disappointed how this has became. A chubby colored skin female with short purple dreads giving attitude to everyone! She gave a order to someone outside because they keep doing this where they are taking long with orders so they have ppl wait at the first window and then park in a space outside in the parking long so they can take their time. Anyways she gives him the order and doesnt provide a straw to then tell him thats his problem he needs to get down to grab the straw. How does that make sense?? What type of customer service like really? Then she brings oh another order to somebody else and it stands by the door it says why is everybody looking at me like they don’t know they have an order waiting With a nasty attitude. I’m not even lying and I don’t have to lie. Everything is on camera. Then hits a vape right in front of everybody While talking to somebody outside about about the customers. Please take a look at this before I take this to headquarters. Very disappointed, is not even close to the word.

Im not sure If its Randi or Randy but the manger is a breath of fresh air I admit I was Upset. because more than once my food has been messed up I just Ignore it or report on the app but I came Back tonight to find out. Why my food was messed up and she remade everything when it was just one thing and was so I’m pathetic great job.

I come here several times a week after work.
I am always treated with kindness and patience.

I appreciate all the employees who work here. They make time to listen to what I’m dealing with and I hope they feel that same courtesy.

Reminds me of a family restaurant the way I am treated. I know some may say “it’s fast food.”
But when you’re treated right, that’s truly what sticks out.

The better of the two BK in the area. Mohawk guy seems to have the place running like a clock. No staff outburst, no order mistakes. Just order your food, get it.

I came in at 7:45 and there wasn’t Oreo shake mix but the kind lady came up with something so delicious. I’m no picky eater I’m fine with whatever works to replace the Oreo shake but she nailed that. ✨
I sadly don’t know her name but I really appreciate her.

This drive thru has some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Pulled me to the front to wait for my food instead of the drive thru, forgot my ranch sauce and ketchup after they charged me extra for it, and when asked about it the worker said to “come get it”. making me go through the drive thru line again, wait 5 extra minutes, and rudely handing me the things they forgot.
