It was awful..went in ordered happy meal nuggets for my cats..they gave me a cup for a toy...really?? The whopper jr had a big piece of onion on it....they do not care. Won't go there anymore..place next door much more better. It's in auburndale fl...they said this place is the worst place to go cuz they don't care.

Sat in their drive thru from 9:40 til 10:20 and needed to use the bathroom. They refused to come unlock a door or even look at me to explain only the drive thru is open. Two females pretended they didnt see me acting awkward. I asked for a manager thru the door as they ignored me for 15 minutes. They screamed at me from across the store thru the door they will call the police on me, but refused to bring a manager. I was literally going to urinate on myself and we had paid well before 10 pm on a Saturday. Because whos the only place in town not open past 10 on sat? Burger king, reguardless as im trying not to urinate myself they are asking me to jump a ginormous barrier over to McDonald’s instead and laughing at me. Idc who you are, i needed to urinate and their beh was inhumane. Maybe i wouldnt have needed to use the bathroom if it didnt take more than 40 minutes for dollar menu items at this location. Its no he said she said, i took vidoes. I will be contacting someone higher tomorrow and I really hope its nobody in those girls family who ever have to use the bathroom after waiting FOURTY minutes for 3 dollar menu burgers.

I visited this location on Friday, June 13th, at 8:55 p.m. I was not greeted with a smile, but rather with a monotonous, dull “What can I get for you?” in broken English. Despite my request for a receipt at the first window, I was informed that I would receive one at the next window, but I never did. The sweet tea I ordered was watered down, and I felt rushed while I was being served. The worker sighed multiple times and smacked her lips (I’m not sure if it was intentional or not). I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. If you’re reading this (you work at a fast-food place, your job is easy), please take note of this experience.

I ordered a customized sandwich, I paid extra for double cheese, specifically American and Swiss, but didn’t receive either. I paid more and got absolutely nothing extra in return.
As usual, even though I ordered online, we still had to wait in the parking lot because the food wasn’t ready. For a fast-food restaurant, that’s not a selling point, it’s the opposite. Waiting a long time for food defeats the whole purpose of “fast” food. I would understand if this happened during peak hours, but it was 7 PM and the place was practically empty.
The fries were insanely salty and so dark they looked like they had been reheated ten times. There was no taste of potato left, just pure salt. I don’t know if someone was high or just pissed off and dumped salt out of spite, but it was completely inedible.
I honestly don’t understand people who come to work and clearly don’t want to do their job. If you don’t want to be there, don’t take it out on the customers.

The excellent service has gone down like the titanic. Last night, had to wait 35 minutes for my app order. One girl there ,all she did was standing there while the other lady dis everything. Not even a welcome, thank you, nothing.
