Worst place to get food…i never learned my lesson i tried to be more considered and just think maybe theyre just busy…but its my 4th time coming to this location and always have to leave without my food that i paid…. But tonight there no line at all have to wait 34 minutes and still no food on my hand….cant do refund because im late for work and dont have that time…its better just to order somewhere because this is not even fast food anymore…

I came in for simple meal but the front worker was so high he couldn’t remember what I said to him a few seconds ago after clearly hearing it the first time he just magically forgot and was moving like a sloth. Obviously not sober enough to be working. And because I got mad and told him off for it they held my cheeseburger that I ordered for 30 minutes the place wasn’t very busy and yet one cheese burger took 30 minutes. You should be ashamed of the judgment you had in hiring these people to represent your company.

Been there a few times, each time was a bad experience! This last time we got raw chicken wraps! 🤢
To bad we was already home, also they put the tiniest piece of chicken like if it came out of their pockets 🤦🏻♂️
Drive thru: wait 20 minutes. Still have to go inside to get the food. Food was warm, NOT HOT! Will never go back.

Places like this tend to be all in or all out on customer satisfaction. This location is all in. Im a supervisor at a nearby retailer and due to my high working hours, I end up here more times then I'd prefer but there would be so many days I wouldn't be able to eat in between long and frequent shifts if it wasn't for this place. The staff treats me like family and the food is hot and fresh. At least when I have been there.
