Rebuilt the place just to have roaches in the lobby. Person in charge of the drive through refused to acknowledge that order was made for drive through and caused us to go inside and pick up the order we both deal with social anxiety and didn't want to stress ourselves but thank you for making sure I will never come to this place again

How is it? Every time I go to the Burger King on US 92 in Auburndale there is nothing but young kids working in there. The food is always crappy. The service is crappy. They care more about talking their friends and doing whatever instead of actually getting the food to you. They was nobody in line when I ordered my food through the drive-thru I had to wait. It's not that late at night. It's like around 7:00 at night and then there's two other cars behind me having to wait. They was a car that apparently was blocking the way for us to park in front of the store then I guess they tell two or three other customers to wait on their food and then I ordered before because everybody and I got my food last and they still screwed it up. They gave half my food to the man that was waiting behind me and half of his food to me and now we're in our cars at this time. Waiting on the food for like 20 minutes. Just ridiculous. Ridiculous and if you do tell a manager up there. They don't do nothing. They just refurbished that Burger King for what it might look good on the inside and out but whoever's working there. Putting that food out is not right. Pay ing good money for crappy food Burger King on 92 is a joke
Parking: I need to be a manager there to take control of these kids and make sure that is running right and the customers are getting the right food when they're supposed to be getting it
