I'm so glad that Auburndale finally has it's own Checker's because the one on memorial is sometimes not good and I don't go there anymore and the one on Havendale is pretty good but this one is right down the road from me

We had an online order plus ordered more in the drive thru. I sat at the window waiting on both the online order and the order I just made at the drive thru for over 30 mins! They finally gave me the order I had just ordered when I pulled up and the online ordered still wasn't ready they didn't have a clue what they was doing in that place. I had 2 cars behind me. The passenger in the car behind me was so mad because they was stuck and couldn't leave because they had me at the window so freaking Ling and the car behind him we had them blocked pretty much. Then all the food was freaking cold by the time I got it all!!

Two of the three times I have been there the large fry looked more like a medium and the fry and the drink were not filled completely. Service was friendly and fairly quick .
Placed mobile order and received confirmation it was completed at 12:08. Arrived at the window at 12:08 and waited at the window for my mobile order for 30+ minutes with three different associates asking for the name of the order, leaving and not checking back. When asking the manager how come it took so long when 12 cars on the other side in the drive thru came and went she basically shoved my food at me, and said if I didn’t like the wait I could have cancelled at my order at any time. No apology for the wait when she personally saw i had been sitting there for a long long time and just hostility towards me because i inquired why. This is a new location, shame the management is terrible.

I write this sitting in line at the drive thru. I pull up at 12:50pm on April 6th, I was in the right drive thru lane to order. The automated machine failed to work, so I tried to speak into the box that is constantly recording and watched 3 other cars get to order from the other line before someone acknowledged me. Finally got to order at 1:01pm. Then continued to sit in line behind the rest of the drive thru until I got my food at 1:25pmThis is insane. And the fact that this establishment calls itself fast food is comical. Waiting 35 minutes for some food isn’t fast food. And the food wasn’t even fresh!What a disgrace.

The checkers in Haines City told me that they were having system issues ? So I drove to the one in Aurburndale it was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone. 3/30/2024
