Had my Daughter pick us up Chilis for supper last night. I ordered chicken bacon cheese quesadilla. They were over cooked and hardly any chicken to be found. Lots of cheese never had problem before. Not sure if someone new

Host told us we had to wait 30 mins for a seat away from bar bc that area isn't wheelchair friendly apparently if your handicap they won't accommodate they said tables near host station station even though waitress walks right by it. By door other people was in that section and it was almost empty. This certainly isn't first time they shoved him in non wheelchair friendly area. Food was good. Potato soup amazing. Note some waitress charge for different sauce then ketchup for fries even if allergic. Clean place. Most staff Friendly other then host at door was rude. Our waitress was nice.

My server was nice & sweet but im very disappointed with the management at this restaurant the manager really refused an employee time off work due to some one in his family passing & as for my server she just find out she was pregnant today the manager told her she can’t have the day off & last but not lest how are yall gonna lie about not having chips and I’m paying for it and then yall can’t compensate for y’all running out of chips and I’m the one paying for it I wish I could have written a better review but sadly I can’t the managers at this restaurant suck and are not reasonable people

I ordered a to go order a salad for 7$ plus tax an a 3$ side salad i also ordered mac an cheese an got mashed potatoes, so I took it back up an addressed it with the manager an was told it would be fixed.. I received in return another 3$ salad in size with rotten lettuce, got the mac an cheese in a bowl that literally had 3 bites in it an that was a 4$ mac an cheese for 3 bites. Needless to say whoever is on staff tonight is doing a horrible job especially considering i had to drive to this place twice because the first order was incorrect.

Absolutely ridiculous service waited over an hour with my kids until it got to the point my patience was gone so was my kids so upsetting we dressed nice me and my family too we got to point we had to get our food to go the manager couldn't even come to the table and address the situation at all! I will never ever go there and I should suggest the same to you all!

The food was great, however, not sure if we had a new server or no. Friend abs 1 ordered the 3 for me, we had the lunch . Chicken sandwich, fries, soda and we were served chips and salsa. So when the bill came both were incorrect. Server said she put both drinks on one ticket on one bill, while mine was $22, so she fixed the bills. Then our rewards on our phones showed an extra bag of chips and salsa. The server said we needed to pay by credit card to claim our rewards. So I asked about registering our meal so we can get rewards next time. Again she said we can only do that if we charge. So I charged the balance after I used a giftcard and was told I couldn't claim my reward because I was served the chips with my meal. My friend paid cash so she couldn't get her chips rewards. They refused our rewards. Not happy

So many issues! Appetizers came at the same time as the food then missing items ordered and had to ask multiple times to get the missing item. The manager did come out and made things right but still doesn't excuse all the mistakes! To top things off had the Chicken Fajitas and they tasted bland.
