I ordered $60 worth of food. Meat lovers, extravaganza pizza, two thin crust, garlic knots, cinnamon knots, i asked could i get my jalapeños on the side since some would be allergic, i was told they didnt have any containers to put them on the side. I gave them a new , unused wa wa cup with lid. They told me no they couldnt even though i had a small cup. The gm and assistant manager of store 03174 both agreed i shouldnt be sold any extra jalapeños, or non could come with the original order even if ordered properly and asked for them on the side. I produced my receipt to show i was a customer just arrived to pick order up and please allow me the side item even if put in a bag or pair of clean plastic gloves. Both managers begin to yell they said no and they arent planning to change their mind. No matter that i was paying. I said i will call corporate they begin to explain the store number and that they could careless. I will sign and attest to this unprofessional and weird behavior for hospitality. The upper staff of the facility needs proper training or replaced to a lower position. It was very appalling to know the jalapeños couldnt be sold with the original order or bought after the misunderstanding.

The pizza was great when I finally got it, but the customer service was terrible, I ordered online I was the only customer there, there was one guy putting pizzas in boxes that didn’t do so much as acknowledged me, I asked if my pizza was ready he took two other people orders that came after me, there was another person of there, he left

Absolutely incompetent, in the 2 years I've lived in Auburndale I have ordered from here about 15 times, somehow they have managed to get my order incorrectly more times than I've ordered. On more occasions than one that have delivered the wrong food, we call and inform them our order is incorrect and they proceed to bring us the wrong food a second time and on one occasion they brought us the wrong food 3 times in a row. Today they messed up my order again, I drive up there in person so I don't have to waste anyone's time and they tried to hand me a plate of cheese sauce after making me wait 10 minutes which wasn't even closed to what I ordered. All I'm saying is that someone needs to teach these employees the basic reading/listening skills they obviously didn't learn in elementary school.

Id give this place 0 stars if i could ! What is it to tell a customer its not their job to check for the correct address or name. Thats part of your job to make sure the right person gets the pizza. They handed a free pizza to someone who just simply waved them down. Whats the point of adding address or name then .

Today I was extremely disappointed. I always order here and never had an issue. But today my pizza was burnt cold and I asked for garlic Parmesan wings and got plain wings tossed in ranch sauce!!!

11.14.24 I ordered my free emergency pizza. 2 toppings pineapple and beef. What they did was make my order with just pineapple. My hubby who picked up the order for me told them is not the right one. The manager said they do not have any beef, that she can only put pepperoni that comes free with the pizza. My husband asked to add Philly steak he would pay the extra and she refused too. I was told that she and other staff members were arguing with my husband about the pizza. My husband even said we had a right to know if the store was out of a topping. They should have called my wife. The manager said she have no time to call every customer. What a horrible customer service! So they give me a pizza I didn't want at all! My husband even ordered more pizza which they made right. But the free pizza they give him they refuse to fix it.
Please, would someone from corporate reach out to this post with a number I can call back. Please someone should look at the store camera video timeline from 6:27pm 11.14.24 to see how they, along with the manager behave about a pizza we didn't want.
We always buy from the store and was happy with this store. The reaction today and the treatment my hushand received today was horrible.
During the time they were arguing with my husband I called the store to speak to the manager. The person who answered put me on hold for 10mins and never came on the phone.

Got pizza last night from here on accident (wrong location) and man it was a big mistake. Pizza was missing a topping I paid for and it looked like thin crust when it was supposed to be hand tossed. Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I’ll never make the mistake of ordering from here again

Pulled up and walked in at930 and was informed they stop mobile orders at 10 am close at 12 am and I could only call it in and had to leave the property to order on phone because they wouldn't deliver to their own parking lot.i would have to leave the primisse for a pizza and be charged a 6 dollar delivery fee to bring it to me in the parking lot next door at the brew hound very unhappy with attitude and staff will not be back
