I have been waiting inside the store for 15 minutes with three people ahead of me and yet to see a person at the register. The employees look like the walking dead. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Today I visited Dunkin and I waited literally 20 minutes for some microwave food. He gave my food to the wrong person then he justified it as oh you guys had the same thing so she got my order 15 mins ago while I’m waiting on her order a bunch of kids working in a place they have no clue on customer service.

Usually I absolutely LOVE this store, but today left a TERRIBLE TASTE in my mouth! They were out of large cups okay cool no biggie but you need to substitute it as that’s what my order is. If I pay for something in the app it’s because it shows that the store has it in stock. Refunds need to be a thing. Little mixed girl had the WORST customer service.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeland/Winter Haven area. They have multiple people working, the food tastes fresh and they have it out to you immediately every time. This location needs to help Magnolia Ave bc they are terrible and their food and drinks always taste old. Please help them!!

Came here to get coffee and staffs started to misbehave and act rudely speaking bad about us in Spanish and the coffee was horrible they made it horrible on purpose they were so rude to us and never called us for the order.

I only use the drive-thru @ 540A location so I can't rate the atmosphere. I'm pretty much addicted to the $6. breakfast deal with an iced vanilla coffee. I add a cookie butter classic doughnut,which brings my total to under nine dollars. In my opinion you can not beat the price, the service or the quality of Dunkin with any other fast food restaurant in my area. Especially the iced vanilla coffee and that doughnut!!!!!!!! I hope this six dollar deal stays on their menu permanently!
