Usually I absolutely LOVE this store, but today left a TERRIBLE TASTE in my mouth! They were out of large cups okay cool no biggie but you need to substitute it as that’s what my order is. If I pay for something in the app it’s because it shows that the store has it in stock. Refunds need to be a thing. Little mixed girl had the WORST customer service.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeland/Winter Haven area. They have multiple people working, the food tastes fresh and they have it out to you immediately every time. This location needs to help Magnolia Ave bc they are terrible and their food and drinks always taste old. Please help them!!

Came here to get coffee and staffs started to misbehave and act rudely speaking bad about us in Spanish and the coffee was horrible they made it horrible on purpose they were so rude to us and never called us for the order.

I only use the drive-thru @ 540A location so I can't rate the atmosphere. I'm pretty much addicted to the $6. breakfast deal with an iced vanilla coffee. I add a cookie butter classic doughnut,which brings my total to under nine dollars. In my opinion you can not beat the price, the service or the quality of Dunkin with any other fast food restaurant in my area. Especially the iced vanilla coffee and that doughnut!!!!!!!! I hope this six dollar deal stays on their menu permanently!

Flies are crawling on the donuts and muffins... I informed the cashier, and she shrugged and said "they can't do anything about that they're not allowed to throw them away".. even though they see bugs walking all over the pastries. if you order from here, stay away from the baked goods at least..

When they say America Runs on Dunkin’, this location lives up to that slogan! The people are amazing! Miss Pat especially deserves a shout out for her exemplary work and dedication, nothing like starting the day off with a smile and a great cup of coffee. The manager Mo is there consistently ensuring quality food and service in a nice clean setting, you can tell he is passionate and takes pride in his business!!! Thank you Dunkin Crew!!! 10/10 the absolute best

This place is beyond comfortable, and the staff deserves an award for being the nicest, sweetest people ever... but the only issue that I have with Dunkin Donuts that sort of ruin the whole thing, and that I have to knock off two stars for is because the prices are insanely expensive! Why so high, DD? AND...the senior discount is garbage. Only 5% off...c'mon...that's such an insult to my 82 year old Dad who wanted a simple coffee, and got 5% off??
Parking: There is a Hardee's and a Dollar Tree in the same "plaza", so there is tons of places to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to Dunkin Donuts are very wide, and there are many tables inside to park your wheelchair at. There is a cement ramp that is attached to the platform where the doors to go in are located, so no problem wheeling up to go inside.
