Went through Drive thru, employees just joking around with each other, and when i asked for a cup of water, she said it would be 50¢. Are you kidding me? Trying to charge for a cup of tap water? Never had an issue with any of the Dunkin Donuts except in this location. Do not recommend to visit this location. What a waste of space.

There is no way you're not aware of the homeless guy that harasses every customer at the drive thru every morning! I've only ever been through this location twice and both times he's mouthed off to me.

Today: 7/5/2025 around 11:00 am. I waited 13 minute inside for a frozen coffee. I had to finally leave so I asked for my money back. Manager gave me the cash while making excuses about having only one machine working. However, customers behind me kept being served. The reality was they were training someone and he was not given enough support to meet demands. As I was getting my refund the manager told me they were now working on my drink. I told her they should at least offer the drink or a donut for free based on all the trouble. She turned her back to me and told me to have a good day. I hope Dunkin realizes we can get coffee somewhere else. This was terrible customer service from a manager, which would explain why the employees looked stressed.

I stopped at your location to buy a coffee and spent about 10 minutes there. Unfortunately, no one greeted me or acknowledged me during that time—I felt completely ignored.

The wait time is ridiculous. Inside and in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes to order a coffee. Another time, I was told to move to the door to wait for my food, they got my order wrong twice. I had to go inside 3 times for the correct items. I have stopped coming to this location.

This drive thru is awful. You can be at the order station and you will sit there for about 5 minutes and they finally say I will be with you in a minute. Then they finally get to take your order a few minutes later and you drive around and you have to wait again....and this happens everytime no matter what time of day. I love dunkin but someone needs to get a handle on this one.. especially with a scooters close by.

It is a total shame to make people wait as long as they do. Also, I have left my husband innlinr and ran inside and there will be lots of people working theu just seemed confused.

I don’t think the workers know how to run a drive thru. I’ve timed it multiple times and I will sit at the speaker anywhere between 5-10mins with no acknowledgement. No “we’ll be right with you” nothing. It seems like they take an order at the speaker, then they don’t do anything else with the other cars until that car is gone from the window. It’s consistently a 20-30 min wait from beginning to end, every single time. I’ve timed it. The workers are very friendly though, and the coffee is normally good as long as I don’t place the order on the app. If I place it on the app then they disregard anything special I change about the drink. A couple times they have forgotten to put the espresso in my drink too.
