I went inside to order and the staff was very slow the manager Janella is VERY LAZY and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL pulling up cars to the door while not busy at all to save their drive time it took over 10 minutes to receive my iced matcha latte and 3 munchkins while the manager stood there and swung her arms back and forth while I watched the associates running to the door to give customers their orders at the drive thru they obviously need help or a new manager something is wrong

I never saw a place that you order your food and you need to tell the staff the food you ordered otherwise you will be waiting for it forever. The staff are talking with each other all the time and forget to do their job. Terrible place!

Their food is either always cold or been in the warmer too long. Also the wait times are atrocious. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead because they won’t start your mobile order till you get there and make them aware of it. Don’t waste your time here if you have other options.

I'm never coming here again. Had to explain my order multiple times while ordering, and they still got it wrong. Then I said I ordered wrong... May never get Dukin again, so I'm done with this.

Ordered 3 items. Two drinks and a sandwich. Sandwich was still frozen in the middle. Coffee tasted like water and other drink was missing two ingredients. After waiting way too long and told they would bring my order out, i went inside where they said they forgot about my order. Will never come here again.

I spent $12 on a sandwich and a coffee. It took like 10 mins to get and theres barely anyone here. Workers were yelling and cussing up a storm right behind the counter. I get its a bunch of kids but there has to be some type of adult employed. I asked before they made my coffee what was put on top and they didnt tell me the correct thing so it had to be remade (so that added even more time). Its probably 85°F in here so I’m sweating, very happy i chose to get a cold coffee. Lock on the bathroom door is broken apparently so someone walked in on me when i was going to the bathroom. Overall a VERY bad experience. I will be going out of my way to avoid this store.

They do not know how to handle the morning rush! I order everyday 20-30 minutes ahead of time and I’m still waiting 10-20 minutes when i get there. They are not happy, pretty mean actually. They don’t put up all the mobile orders, they leave them behind the counter. Drink is different everyday even though i order the same thing, EVERYDAY!
