Never pick up the phone, can’t even put in orders ahead of time due to poor customer service! What’s the point of you all working there & nobody wants to pick up but then catch attitudes when people come in making big orders!

Only use the drive thru with the ap... and it's always good. They will make a golden hour on request.

Went through Drive thru, employees just joking around with each other, and when i asked for a cup of water, she said it would be 50¢. Are you kidding me? Trying to charge for a cup of tap water? Never had an issue with any of the Dunkin Donuts except in this location. Do not recommend to visit this location. What a waste of space.
There is no way you're not aware of the homeless guy that harasses every customer at the drive thru every morning! I've only ever been through this location twice and both times he's mouthed off to me.

Today: 7/5/2025 around 11:00 am. I waited 13 minute inside for a frozen coffee. I had to finally leave so I asked for my money back. Manager gave me the cash while making excuses about having only one machine working. However, customers behind me kept being served. The reality was they were training someone and he was not given enough support to meet demands. As I was getting my refund the manager told me they were now working on my drink. I told her they should at least offer the drink or a donut for free based on all the trouble. She turned her back to me and told me to have a good day. I hope Dunkin realizes we can get coffee somewhere else. This was terrible customer service from a manager, which would explain why the employees looked stressed.

Hi,
I stopped at your location to buy a coffee and spent about 10 minutes there. Unfortunately, no one greeted me or acknowledged me during that time—I felt completely ignored.
I just wanted to share this experience in case it’s something you’d like to address with your staf

The wait time is ridiculous. Inside and in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes to order a coffee. Another time, I was told to move to the door to wait for my food, they got my order wrong twice. I had to go inside 3 times for the correct items. I have stopped coming to this location.
