David was my cashier I showed up 10 minutes before closing and he was so sweet and took my order and said he would bring it out as soon as it was ready.
When I went to Hardee's at night David's service was amazing.And I will absolutely come back to the Auburndale Hardee's again. Cause I had an amazing customer service from David.

Had delivery from door dash. Received chicken biscuit instead of loaded omelet meal I ordered and received a pink lemonade instead of Holly jolly sparkler I ordered! The store should have called me to notify me of them being out of the drink. They said door dash driver texted me but their text/message showed up after they had delivered my food! I asked to speak to general manager and they gave me to someone named Ashley who actually hung up on me!! I want to hear from the actual store manager and franchise owner

Manager had the worst attitude this morning. Couldn't get waited on for a while and people started to walked out. We finally got waited on and she had a attitude like she didn't even want us there. Didn't even get what we ordered. Order sausage cheese and biscuit got a smoke sausage biscuit. Will not be back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered mobile. Waiting 40 mins for our food. Was told tortillas were frozen but other people here getting them ahead of us that ordered after us. I checked our food before we left and oh course it was messed up. I went to counter to tell them and got nothing but an attitude from them. Not even an apology for taking so long or anything. Will not be going back. The girl behind the counter was nothing but rude telling me what I ordered was in the bag but it wasn’t. Horrible service.

Hardee’s deadly has went downhill Food quality sucks. Had to repeat my order several times to get them to do it right will not be returning back to this place . this used to be a good place to get a breakfast sandwich and a burger. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

OUTSTANDING WORK!!! They did a really good job!! They are so nice 😊 we sat here for an hour!! And they didn’t bother us while waiting for the bus!! They are soo awesome and so nice kind ppl.
