That Auburndale hungry Howies on Havendale has a guy manager who has absolutely no customer service skills what’s so ever was completely rude on the phone with me when I was explaining to him yes I made a mistake I ordered online and pressed the wrong address to which I had to end up picking me own pizza up from their house. I then called the store requested it to be delivered to the correct address which the lady on the phone stated that’s fine we will get that swapped over...read full review
The pizza is NORMALLY great. But the customer service is straight trash. Sat on hold for a while then hung up on when I said needed. Estimated delivery 60 min. 1 hour after that still no delivery. Another 30 min I called to get hung up on. 15 min later food arrives cold.
Placed an online order with the Auburndale, Fl location at 6:03pm. ETA was 90 minutes. Called at 7:00 to let them know I’d pick up instead. Was told the order was out for delivery. I live 10 minutes from this location. 7:40 pm. No delivery. Called again. Was then advised the order had JUST gone out for delivery and I would be the first stop. It’s 8:39 pm. Still NO delivery!
