Typical KFC environment. Disappointed they have not reinstate the buffet posr COVID, nor offer the grilled chicken anymore. Staff seemed disinterested to customer request for, salt, pepper, and utensil refill requests.
I was OVER PRICED TODAY FOR A 8PC And when I ask them to fix it, they said it was already bagged up and ready to go!!! They were very rude about it so I just took my order and left!!!!

I ordered KFC online for delivery, I get only a few parts of my order but none of the major items. I called them to ask them if I can just come pick it up even though I already paid for delivery, the rude woman who answered the phone was incredibly patronizing and made it seem like I'm bothering her when I'm out over $50 in food! If it were you, you'd be very upset, but because it's not you, you can talk to customers any way you please? I don't think so. I'll be filing a complaint with your corporate office for how this was handled.
