I recently visited this KFC location and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the overall visit was decent, I was disappointed with the chicken itself. It was noticeably greasy, which affected the taste and made it less enjoyable than I was hoping for.
That said, the rest of my experience was fine. The service was adequate and the restaurant was what you’d expect from KFC. If they can improve the quality of their chicken preparation and ensure it’s not overly greasy, this location would be much better.

The place is extremely slow under new leadership. Takes for ever to orde r and longer to get your food. Do not look like you have enough staff every time we go you are losing customers. Because is never that busy and service is to long . People saying they aren’t going back… not sure we will if you don’t improve drastically soon…

its a kfc, what do you expect. the food was slightly raw, and the bread didnt taste good. i got a chicken sandwich and my girlfriend got a mac and cheese. both of us came in with the lowest expectations possible, and came out with even lower ones.

First of all, I did not know there was an up charge for coleslaw. Secondly,the cashier was very rude to me when she explained the up charge and I was just asking a question. Also. When a customer orders coleslaw do you not customarily send a spork and at least one napkin with the customer? The sweet tea was sour and overall I just got a sense of laziness and incompetence. In other words,my presence as a customer was disturbing to her. I will not be returning to this store.

On 7/17 I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal, extra crispy . It came with 2 sides of potatoes and gravy and biscuits. I also added a large coleslaw. The chicken was not extra crispy. It was the same as Winn Dixie just very greasy. IT WAS NOT EXTRA CRISPY. Mashed potatoes and gravy were just okay. Everything else was good. Great service in drive thru.

Typical KFC environment. Disappointed they have not reinstate the buffet posr COVID, nor offer the grilled chicken anymore. Staff seemed disinterested to customer request for, salt, pepper, and utensil refill requests.
I was OVER PRICED TODAY FOR A 8PC And when I ask them to fix it, they said it was already bagged up and ready to go!!! They were very rude about it so I just took my order and left!!!!
