Krispy Krunchy Chicken

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Since my husband’s family only eats Halal, I called to confirm that the chicken was Halal at this specific location. A week prior, I had called one location but couldn’t remember which one, so I needed to verify. Instead of a simple answer, the owner responded with a terrible and disgusting attitude. He yelled, saying, “How many times do I have to answer that question?” as if I had personally asked him before. I had the phone on speaker, and my entire family heard how rude and unprofessional he was. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would be terrified to visit an establishment where the owner reacts with such anger and frustration over a simple question. This place needs a serious evaluation, and the owner definitely needs to be checked on his customer service. Based on this experience alone, I do not recommend this location at all.

Ordered via Uber Eats and only got half the order. 7 pieces instead of an 8 piece chicken and 4 wings instead of 8, with completely the wrong sauce on them. Fried chicken was cold. Almost $48 for a cold half order means I'll never eat there again, (or order with Uber Eats, seeing as this is common any time I order with them and all they do is offer a $5 credit)

Krispy krunch chicken meal and a chicken sandwich $28.00 Don't waste your money. The chicken was dry and tasted old. The red beans and rice was not done the rice look like plastic. The the biscuit wasn't even cooked all the way through. The lady serving it was super nice . Overall the visit was horrible .KFC is cheaper and taste better. This is the second Krispy restaurant I order at the food tasted this way. It's definitely not made fresh order in the microwaved.

Need a quick bite to eat? This is the place stop grab a piece of golden fried chicken and buttered Bisquit yum yum. Friendly staff always willing to please.
