Placed an order for delivery and it was delivered by DoorDash. The order was missing a few items so I called the store only to be hanged up on multiple times before I decided to drive down to the store myself. I called again, this time outside, and witnessed the employee hang up on me again. Once inside I called once more and they immediately picked up and answered with "Did you want a refund or come get it?". The employee knew exactly why I was calling before I could say a word.
Next time just pick up the phone the first time and stop hanging up on people that are just trying to get their order straightened out. I shouldn't have had to drive down to the store for this.

Whatever you do, do NOT order more than one pizza. You'll end up standing there for 20 minutes while people come in and order a single pizza, get it instantly, and leave, all while you're still sitting there waiting for your 2-3 pizzas. More people will come in, order a single pizza, and take the last one, and you'll continue to wait. They refuse to prioritize those who have been sitting there waiting, and keep giving away one or two pizzas at a time instead of waiting for a third and letting you get what you've ordered.

IM HIGHLY UPSET ! I WAITED 45 MINS FOR 3 CRAZY PUFFS AND GARLIC PARM WINGS AND AFTER I ASKED ABOUT MY ORDERS 30 MINS INTO WAITING THEY TOLD ME THEY DROPPED THE WINGS AND HAD TO RE COOK THEM ! AFTER AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINS THEY HAND ME HALF OF MY ORDER ! THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC TO THE MISTAKE THAT HE MADE ! ITS AFTER 9:00 PM MY KIDS HAVE SCHOOL AND HUNGRY ! I WILL NEVER COME INTO THIS HOT STANK ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got me waiting for almost an hour and people coming in and went out with their order and me just waiting just for them to tell me about my order and then after they just told me they didn’t have my order and just change it for another pizza I didn’t want. Horrible service.
