Every single time I go I try and get a Dr Pepper they say okay pull around then they tell me they’re out of it after I’ve already paid. It’s insane and annoying. I’ve also been told at the first window they’re out then the 2nd window she said no we do have Dr Pepper?? So why did they lie???

there was a cook named “montay” he was very friendly and there was 3 young people in the front and they were very nice 👍🏾 i like this mcdonald’s
I came through the drive-thru after a long day, looking forward to a meal, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The Hispanic lady with red hair was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Her attitude and unprofessional demeanor made the experience unpleasant. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this experience I expect better service and hope management addresses this to improve future visits."

I was doordashing at this restaurant and none of the employees acknowledged that I was there ,even after announcing that I was there to get an order. The supervisor/management at the front was more concerned with laughing and talking to her mother who was in the restaurant
