Tonight I had the worst experience at the McDonald's across from Walmart in Auburndale. To the employee who was delivering food at the drive-thru today at 9:30 pm, you're lucky it was raining and I was with my son. There's no excuse for throwing me my son's Happy Meal. All because you didn't want to get your hands wet. You literally threw the food at me, closed the window, and walked away. How dare you! Worst employee of the year, no customer service at all. Shame of you
Ordered a Big Mac meal. Big Mac was cold, way over did the lettuce and the cheese was half on and half off. Don’t recommend this one. Must have poor management at this place.
Bad service. Says it’s 24 hours but they close at night and employees just hang out in the dining room. Food is cold and stale if you are able to order. No ice cream and rude employees and they act like it’s your fault they have to actually work.
