Ordered on DoorDash got my food. Big Mac sloppily made 10 pieces chicken nuggets not in the bag now I have a child crying people gotta do better.

Tonight I had the worst experience at the McDonald's across from Walmart in Auburndale. To the employee who was delivering food at the drive-thru today at 9:30 pm, you're lucky it was raining and I was with my son. There's no excuse for throwing me my son's Happy Meal. All because you didn't want to get your hands wet. You literally threw the food at me, closed the window, and walked away. How dare you! Worst employee of the year, no customer service at all. Shame of you

Would not even give 1 star…. Stood at the counter for 10 min.. while staff continued to help the drive thru, door dash AND looked at me several times!! One staff even helped get her loved one get a drink, then went back to helping the drive thru!!! While I stood there!! We then went through the drive thru, gave the lady our app code for 20% off only to pull up and have the girl at the window argue with us I never gave a code for my meal!! The staff is absolutely horrible, DO BETTER!!
Picked up a late meal from here. I was expecting hot fries for as late as it was but I guess not. The new wraps are ok but probably would be better if all the hot sauce was not glopped in one place on the end. Of course the employees don't acknowledge you much any more due to the kiosk. But I guess that's the way it goes anymore.
Anyway, I did not stare that night. I had a low class meal for a premium price.

Made two orders through door dash for a very very simple meal and a milk shake. Those were separate but was supposed to be sent by the same DoorDash driver. Instead we were only met with just the milkshake. We tried several times to contact not only the driver but also the specific McDonalds'. The Dasher said that the only bag that was found was the bag with the milkshake and that we should call the McDonalds.
This McDonald's has absolutely terrible customer service. Must have been 30 times that we have called and no one answered. When someone finally answered they were disrespectful and snarky. Absolutely no help. She didn't even bother to check for the order. Instead saying this was for us to deal with and she can't do anything. I've been trying to call more to find a resolution to this like a refund or for the full order we asked for but there is still absolutely no one answering the phone. I didn't get the lady's name so I cannot make a direct complaint to her.

The place that the employees think that breakfast starts at 4am. Thanks for your bad information & service. This location is a Pandora’s box with all the stories the employees are telling us in the drive through. Do y’all’s know is Fast Food/ if is to much work for y’all’s in this business (Quit or close the store).

Another bust. Ice cold food and they, of course, have a “limited” menu… “Sorry we don’t have that— we are all out of “this” right now… and we don’t have “that” either— as usual. What they do have is not put in the bag and is ice cold. Not just fries that are cold rubber but even the cheese burger was cold. Like how does that happen? When will this location get a manager who can train their staff to run a restaurant efficiently? I’ve been living in the area for 6 years and can count on one hand the number of times my food from this location has been fresh. Take advice from the night shift team on South Florida Ave in Lakeland (corner of Pipkin Rd) or from the McDonalds on County Line Rd (at I-4). What are they doing right, that you guys could implement?

As usual the kids working there shorted me a sandwich. No accountability
This was a good McDonald's to stop at a few months ago. Now it's just gotten ridiculous. I usually grab a coffee and breakfast (sometimes I get lunch too) and would be maybe 10 mins wait. Now it takes 30-40 mins and my food is lukewarm, and coffee is never made right (room temp and wrong sugar/cream amount 😒). My review will change, if this McDonald's improves.

Stood at the counter for 6min and no one would take my order. There is an employee refilling sauces 2ft away-what is more important? I was the only person in the entire building. Do better-this was absolute garbage service.
