Mobile Orders this McDonald is the worse. I went there randomly different days and time and when I place an order I always have to get out and get it on the counter and no one apologizes or recognizes there mistakes. Is like there are so big they don’t care about their customers. … I just drive to the next closest one they Are always very serviceable and quick. Customer Service is changing everywhere to the bad service… unfortunately!

Fries were nice and hot but they got all of our burgers wrong and we didn't notice until we were already on the highway in traffic so it wasn't worth going back to get it fixed.

Went here last night with my family and our burgers were not even cooked. They were completely raw and still cold. They gladly remade them, but two people out of our group had already taken bites and chewed and spit them out. That is a huge health concern.

Absolutely terrible! Went in and ordered noone was working the register so I had to order at the kiosk which barely worked. Finally got my order and my fries were stale so I had to get them remade. Went to get my drink out of the soda fountain and litterly everything was out of syrup. The lobby looked disgusting trash and food everywhere. Do better McDonald's. Even my 10 year old son was considered about our food after seeing the shape of the lobby absolutely disgusting.
The service in the drive thru is terrible. I just paid for my food 9 minutes ago in the drive thru and I am still sitting at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous

Ordered my food on the mobile app for pick up. Parked and waiting 30 mins for my food to be brought to me. Food was wrong told the girl. She went back in to get our food missing, never came back out. We waiting another 15 mins. I walked in(took my fries with me because they were cold at this point), I walked in and the girl who was supposed to bring our food back out didn’t even remember. I told the manager we have been waiting a total of 45 mins now for our food and this is ridiculous. My fries are cold and im still waiting on the rest of my food. She apologized multiple times but the girl who forgot about our food had an attitude and was not nice. The experience was horrible.
