Food was good and service at the store was good but i don't like the phone service they use don't want to explain my order to some guy who barely can speak English and it feels like you're calling you're credit card company to order your food instead of just having someone at the store answer the phone.

I’ve ordered three times and everytime I’ve had my order messed up and this tops the cake.
I ordered a $20 pizza with 5 toppings. Xp Brooklyn style and I get a $8 one topping medium pizza. My other pizza thag had two toppings I only got one topping. I ordered jalapeño bites and got a stupid meatball sandwich instead. Everytime the dough has been raw. Just save your freaking money and don’t order from this store.

So we are 6.8 miles away from this location and they will not deliver here. They looked our area up and there is zero Papa John's that delivers here. I guess Domino's and Pizza Hut have no problem delivering even though they are further away. Unreal and we have zero problem giving our business to someone else!

I used to work at this establish. While the service was quite slow, everything is made fresh so it should not take too long. However, my parents were waiting a significant amount of time for an order of bread sticks, so much so that I had time to conversate with them ABOVE doing my jobs duties. When bringing these bread sticks home, the garlic Parm bread sticks, my father discovered cheese in the center. However what was thought to be cheese, after carefully expected, was completely raw dough. This was quite shocking because I had very high hopes for this place and bread sticks. When brought to the attention of management, nothing was done about this. I can confidently say that while my hopes have been crushed, I'm glad I got the learning opportunity, and now know what to avoid. I hope attention is brought to this, and the bread sticks are properly cooked and do not mess with the stomach of customers like it did with my family.
