At the very bottom of my cup a moth. The worker kept saying it couldn't have bypassed the blade. MA'AM did it ever dawn on you it could have been in the cup prior to placing the ice in it! USE YOUR HEAD! This is gross.
Update 10/27/2025 at approx 2:54pm : If you look at the photo you will see clear as mud it is at the bottom of the cup and this isn't a tiny little cup it is a regular cup. I can see if it was on the top your claim would have merit. However it was at the VERY BOTTOM. How would I know until I reached the bottom to eat your bug. You can try to clean it up all you want for your establishment it is still gross and disgusting.

Went to go get pelicans but the worker showed up and hour and a half late so i was extremly disappointed. Not to mention the last four times ive gone, that same employee has given me a snowball with the bottom half and center just pure ice no flavore... this place has gone done hill tremendously

We've always had a great experience here. However, this time while the snowballs were good mine and my son's only had flavoring on the top half the bottom half was just ice. We will be back but I'm hopeful that next time we get flavoring all the way through.

Delicious snow cones and friendly staff. Only outdoor seating but there is shade with yard games for the kids and family. There is a drive through for convenience. There are no restroom on site.
